im 5'10 and i can grab the rim, but after watching your vids i realize i have just been lazy! thank you for this mate, cant wait to see you dunk soon!!
I’m 5’6 I was grabbing rim in high school, then after 4 years of bad habits in college I was a good few inches under the rim. Came across this channel and started getting back to it again, I’m able graze the rim now but can’t really get my fingers above it. Goal is to dunk a tennis ball by the end of the summer.
I thought I would never be able to dunk, but your videos made me realise that I can as you got so close. Im here for the whole journey, you'll dunk soon 👍
We gotta get rid of any percentage that could lead us to an injury. Great work man! I’m still about 15 cm away to get to the rim, but I’ll keeping up on my work
@@mohamudabdi-pj4sw Thank you so much!! I am a full-time college student right now so it is hard to upload consistently but this summer will hopefully give me much more time to post!
I’m probably away from rim. Can currently touch the bottom of the backboard. But came across your videos and they are very good. Can you share the workout program of your other video?
@@T1_Strongbro dont you get shin splints on jumping higher ? Cause whenever i jump higher i always get shin splints by the next day i cant jump or run to the maximum level cause of pain and i usually have to wait a week to heal, do you do any exercise to avoid shin splints ?
Unsure, I just checked the other day but sadly it was a really bad jump day for some reason. I got a 32.5 inch vert when I was barely touching the rim. I am guessing that on a good day I have somewhere between 38” and 40” Sometimes there are bad days, I will hopefully officially test an upper 30’s vertical soon!
😂 I knew this video wouldn’t do as well because there is no story or anything. I just wanted to make sure people who were interested could see my warm-up if they wanted to.

I do tib raises when I have shin splints which seems to help me a ton!
bro all you need is victory insols and some better hoop shoes TRUST❤❤❤

Did your sprint speed increase with all this dunk practice?
I am not sure, I haven’t tested that!
Gale to see you again
How many times a week did you lift vs rest and recover?
I usually would jump and/or lift lower body 3-4x a week during this challenge!
@@T1_Strong did you also train upper body alongside? Thanks
Yup!
Try plyometric exercises
