    Can you make a video on throwing lobs? I’ve gotten good at seeing the lobs it’s just delivering a good pass at high speeds I struggled with. Got any tips and drills?

    Can I do this same day before my game .like morning I will do it. And afternoon my game? Or after the game?

      Yes I'd suggest doing them morning of a game

    Can kids do these and also is this something to work on everyday or every other day?

      I think I kid should be able to do these if they make sure to take care of there body. Also, as a rule of thumb don’t to plyometrics every day because they can mess up the knee from the amount of force you put on them

      you should do like 2-3 times a week, it not only give u explosive power but also help you to grow taller !

    A hop is on one foot - a jump is with two feet.. There is no double leg hop.
    I’m surprised you don’t know this basic locomotor terminology.
