Love these, especially bounds. I feel they are very slept on for developing reactive strength. If you are like me, and get shin splints from lower body plyos, take it slow and back off when you get inflamed. What worked for me: start with 10-15 ground contacts per session for 2-3 week, then increase you ground contacts per session up to a maximum of 40-50
Do you do something for shin splints? I got them from running/jogging daily and the pain didn’t go away for months after I stopped it in hopes healing the pain. i forgot the videos from both Chris and Elliott on this topic.
Nice. I never though of including power skips for height in my plyo regimen to help increase speed and velocity when sprinting. Definitely going to include them now when doing plyometrics before my HIIT cardio 👍
He probably should put out a disclaimer that these are for the super advanced. These are not for beginners. You do this workout out the gate and your shins will be hurting for a month. Gotta build up to these.
