    4 years ago, I was doing this practice from a very unhealthy mindset. I had deeply rooted anorexia.
    I avoided this practice for a long time, because it holds memories of this difficult times in my life. But today, I’m going to do it again. It’s so wonderful to look back, see where we’ve been and where we’ve come. Send your past versions of yourself love, light and healing, for time is an illusion and they are you as much as you are them.💗

    I am a 66yr old man who started martial arts at 18 and still do them. At 38yrs of age, I went to live and work in India for 20yrs, I was lucky enough to find a great Hatha Yoga teacher who taught, one on one for 90 mins every morning starting at 6am. I was with him for the last 5yrs I spent there and still do an hour of yoga every morning. A casual glance would see no connection between Martial arts and Yoga, believe me, they blend well, both teach us to be better people, martial arts calmed me down and yoga taught me to love myself in order that i could love others, Since finding this site I have started choosing one of her video's and doing that as well adding her great knowledge to my own. She may be a young woman but she is an old soul and I am so grateful to have found her online and would like to personally thank her for taking the time to post her yoga teachings for the benefit of all. I was taught by a great teacher so, believe me, I recognise another one when I see one. Thanks, Juliana and Mark!

    This one has been INCREDIBLE for releasing my tight chest and lower back pains. I’ve followed this video two days in a row now. You guys are such a huge part of my journey and truly have helped me grow so much, mentally and physically. I’m having some major flight related anxiety currently and this is incredibly helpful.     This was my second flow of the day. I'm an instructor, and I can proudly say I had to stop at the Chaturanga push-ups. 😩 My body just didn't have the stamina today, and I'm totally okay with that! Everyone - please remember to give your bodies grace & learn to appreciate your capabilities. Where you are isn't a depiction of where you will end up.

    I really love how you teach and your positive energy :) It is such a pity that there are still so few people who recognize the importance for body and mind in yoga. It's not just a trend, it is a choice in life with a deep focus to inner self where most people could find what they are actually looking for. Stress, anxiety, depressions, sleeping problems, Yoga can improve all these things, there is no medicine needed. I can't imagine a time without regular practice anymore.

    Hey you two! I just finished Boho Beautiful Transform and I really must say...WOW!!!!! I feel sooooooo amazing after only two weeks!!! It"s crazy! I have all your other programs, which I all love, but this really pushed me further in my practice. I am so grateful that I found your videos on youtube more than two years ago.     I've done almost every one of your workouts and I love them. Today I thought I would just get a nice yoga workout in but I did not expect to feel so challenged! It was hard for me to complete some of the moves so by the time I reached the end of this video I let go of expectation and let myself be...I was put in such a blissful state. I did not want to roll up from corpse pose because I just felt so peaceful. Thank you for this lovely workout and its bonus meditative effects! ♥

    I want to say a huge thank you! I suffer from quite frequent and long-lasting migraines that usually slowly develop in the evening. I felt one coming a couple of hours ago and then I did this routine and half way through I already felt so much better! I followed it with another of your stretching routines and now instead of feeling tired and sick, I have a smile on my face and a boost of energy! Will try it sometime again as a remedy 😊👏🏻

    I just wanted to say, you guys are my favorite youtubers. I think the energy,inspiration, and motivation you give to anyone who's watching is incredible. And its no suprise your channel gets better by each video you upload. I have been following you for 3 or 4 years now and if there is one thing you have taught me it is to always be patient with myself. I used to send you emails with questions for workouts and you replied to every one of them, which I appreciate very much. So keep up the good work, and continue to inspire and enlighten us the way that you do!

      @Marissa Cole For sure, it will help you build strength and your weight-loss. But if you are a beginner, i would recommend 10-day program. I use Transfrom Series as my morning workout and it gives so much energy through rest of the day and my muscle definition certainly got better. I worked out for about 10 years (personal trained for 6 yrs and did crossfit for 3 yrs) and i have done Juliana& Mark's workout about 3 years almost everyday. I think transform series is very well designed workout program but it might be hard to follow for beginner. If you build your strength with 10-day program and start the Transform program. It would be easier for you to follow and could see the better result.

    This was so so good. The serene choice of background music really helped my difficult emotions flow through while holding those postures. I was also stuff from yesterday's weight training. So this was everything in 20 mins. Thank you and gratitude 🥰☺️

      I switch back and forth- The dancer in me likes the challenges of Boho's classes when I want to sculpt and have a practice similar to my studio, but I love have down to earth and normalizing Adrienne is. I also love Julia's calming voice and their commitment to nature and the planet and healthy living. That's the beauty of yoga on the internet- I've found practices to match my mood and desires :)

      @@devoette Couldn't agree more. My default has to be YWA now (fitness) as it is like warm up. If i have time then I'd do Boho to complete. Need to be in gear for most yoga classes. For me anyway... YWA is like a warm up but always excellent too. I couldn't have done this one without being warm...

    Finished the 2020 yoga workout challenge ^^ This challenge has impacted me in so different ways. It's taught me loads about patience, courage, and healing. Waking up every morning (or night sometimes) to complete this challenge has helped make me a happier, healthier person. Thank you Mark and Juliana
