The Expanded Universe existed long before Disney put their greedy little paws on Star Wars, and a lot of the fans grew up with it, including myself. The fans decide what's canon in their point of view, not Disney.
parts of it were though, and some of it has to be canon since were going into the new Republic Era, like the Yuuzang Vong War. kinda important to happen in episode 8-9
1) Most of these are not Sith. You did point that out, but they were listed anyway. 2) It's sad to see the line-up now that the EU is not Canon. The additions through the Clone Wars and Rebels are so very sub-par compared to the EU we had before, particularly the Old Republic Dark Siders, the original Bane, his fellow Sith, and the following Rule of Two order.
The old Republic series needs a good TV show come on you can see it, open to all those world ten thousand sith, ten thousand jedi so much untouched story and character they could use, the potential is limitless.
IGN didn't include Starkiller from Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, but they mention Darth Revan which was both a villain in the MMO Star Wars game and your player character in the Bioware Star Wars game.
The title is misleading then. The video title says "EVERY SITH EVER", Revan kind of got an honourable mention at the end of the video but Starkiller was also a video game/comic book featured Sith.
Oh well, I'm not upset about it anyways. I just wanted to point out that Starkiller didn't get any mention but Revan did, both characters were featured as player characters and possibly "good guys/hero" Sith characters.

Also, using the Dark Side does not automatically grant you the title of Sith. To become a Sith, one must not only accept the Dark Side of the Force, but also it's philosophy. This includes accepting the code of the Sith, which I will type below this paragraph:

Those who are not bound to this code and who don't accept it are not Sith, but simply, Fallen Jedi/Dark Jedi, or in other cases, just Dark Side Users.
Now, before you make a video titled "every star wars sith ever" or "every dark side user ever", you need to include EVERY known Sith or Dark Side User that has ever existed, whether in Canon or Legends (EU), not just the ones from Canon.

Kylo Ren would be classified as a Dark Jedi, if that concept is still canon. Basically anyone who uses the Dark Side of the Force but wouldn't be considered a Sith or Jedi by neither side. Or maybe the new canon retconned it to the Knights of Ren.

Jacob Ventress was a Sith Apprentice, Talzin was a Sith Creator who is A Sith, The son if the Dark side of the force, Pong Krell fell to the Dark side, and so on but Ezra fell a bit off the light to the dark, then the light.
Jacob Snoke is a Sith, hes own name say it. Sith No One Knew Ever. This is canon, it's how they figured out his name for the movie.

By the way, I'm afraid you're wrong about one thing. Sith (race) could not become extinct before KOTOR. There are many of them in the Sith Empire on Dromund Kaas. They are even playable race in SWTOR game. So it must have happened much later.

1) Most of these are not Sith. You did point that out, but they were listed anyway. 2) It's sad to see the line-up now that the EU is not Canon. The additions through the Clone Wars and Rebels are so very sub-par compared to the EU we had before, particularly the Old Republic Dark Siders, the original Bane, his fellow Sith, and the following Rule of Two order.
