Plagueis as Snoke could've been a brilliant idea, could've explained why he created Anakin, how he let himself be murdered by Palpatine in order to act in the shadows, let his apprentice build him an empire while he was forging the new order and once he was murdered he merged both and attacked, could've explained why the new republic was overwhelmed by the first order in the first place. Number One has to go to Darth Jar Jar. Heath Ledger's performance with him was regal and his personality is just so goofy and over the top, while still being terrifying. The way he killed an entire planet laughing as he did it while cracking jokes was chilling.
Cuz studios can’t throw $200 million at every cool idea that gets thought of. Lower budgets/lower stakes (animated series, books) lead to more artistic freedom from creators and often more unique stories. Stories that are loved by Star Wars fans, but might not appeal to a wide audience (which unfortunately every big budget movie needs to do)
I’d put it the true choice between Tulac Hord & Vitiate. Both drained the force energy of those they battled, but Hord’s helmet was bound with the energy from Sith alchemy rituals. He was never defeated in battle and also was considered to be immortal in terms of age much like Vitiate. However Vitiate was naturally able to use the force to a caliber that he was able to fight off both the Sith & Jedi ranks when he went rogue. He could even transfer his consciousness to a new body when his became too old. Such a duel would be legendary. Either one could arguably reign supreme.

Ability and power wise, he was almost equal to Anakin Skywalker in his prime due to being the child of 2 Jedi Masters who got married and started a family after narrowly surviving Order 66 together.

I would've voted Darth Sion simply because compared to other sith who achieved immortality via transfer of spirit and power, Sion did it through the most sith way imaginable: pain and hatred. He literally just refused to die.
My favourite sith is Ajunta Pall, the jedi who led the fallen jedi. Ajunta was the first Sith Lord ever and he started the Hundred Years of Darkness. During this time, the siths destroyed the jedi temp le in Coruscant and made their own empire. I also love Darth Bane, Darth Ravan and Sheev Palpatine (Sidious). All brillant siths (principally Bane and Sidious).

Vitiate sounds like the most bad ass. Conquers an entire planet at 13, became an immortal, can cheat death, defeated Revan, consumes all life force, and almost became a god.

Vitiate not only defeated revan AND his friend but turn them to his side. Do u know how badass of a villain you have to be to not only actually defeat the hero but make him switch sides completely. I think we can all agree Disney is a bit obsessed with women empowerment because all the sith lords and jedis train for years and years on end but rey is just powerful for absolutely no reason at all and she even steals the skywalker name after she did basically nothing
As a woman, I absolutely agree. I loved Leia’s character because even though she was powerful in her own right, she knew when she needed help and was able to ask for it. And same with Padmé. She worked hard in her political career and needed advisors while she was Queen, especially since she was so young. And I think one of the biggest examples we saw is with Ahsoka. She started out as an eager Padawan and eventually worked her way up to being really powerful. But she didn’t do that without making mistakes and learning things along the way. That’s why I love those characters so much. Not only are they likeable, but we also get to see them grow and learn. I hate this new trend of “let’s make the female characters overpowered for stupid reasons”, along with the constant male bashing. All it does is make Rey look like a Mary Sue. If we had been able to see her build her skill set and learn how to become powerful, that might have been interesting. As it is, she just seems boring. At least Padmé, Leia, and Ahsoka seemed real and relatable. Rey just seems like an idealized, overpowered hero that no one can possibly aspire to be even close to. That’s not empowering at all. If anything, it’s very limiting. If you want a powerful female character, you need to make her real, relatable, and fallible, just like everyone else.

is Traya a great sith lord? I think her greatness is due to her wanting nothing to due with sith or Jedi. She rides the gray area hard throughout the game and that is honest to her character. In the end she isn't a sith, she wants to end both sith and jedi because she knows neither one is good.
My top Sith Lord is still Darth Malgus. I know he isn't cannon, but come on. That dude rescued his wounded girlfriend from an enemy hospital, took her to his own Star Destroyer, fondly cries and consoled her, then murders her so he can be even more committed to the dark side by not having the weakness of true love in his life. He even believes he is helping the universe by culling the weak and worthless from the population, so the future is made glorious by the strong that remain.
He and Bane are tied for best Sith in my opinion. Malgus represented the true power and potential of a Sith's rage, pain, and combat abilities, while Bane represents the cunning, the subtlety, but also the brutish overpowering force of the Sith.

Cuz studios can’t throw $200 million at every cool idea that gets thought of. Lower budgets/lower stakes (animated series, books) lead to more artistic freedom from creators and often more unique stories. Stories that are loved by Star Wars fans, but might not appeal to a wide audience (which unfortunately every big budget movie needs to do)

I’d put it the true choice between Tulac Hord & Vitiate. Both drained the force energy of those they battled, but Hord’s helmet was bound with the energy from Sith alchemy rituals. He was never defeated in battle and also was considered to be immortal in terms of age much like Vitiate. However Vitiate was naturally able to use the force to a caliber that he was able to fight off both the Sith & Jedi ranks when he went rogue. He could even transfer his consciousness to a new body when his became too old. Such a duel would be legendary. Either one could arguably reign supreme.

My favourite sith is Ajunta Pall, the jedi who led the fallen jedi. Ajunta was the first Sith Lord ever and he started the Hundred Years of Darkness. During this time, the siths destroyed the jedi temp le in Coruscant and made their own empire. I also love Darth Bane, Darth Ravan and Sheev Palpatine (Sidious). All brillant siths (principally Bane and Sidious).

I think we can all agree Disney is a bit obsessed with women empowerment because all the sith lords and jedis train for years and years on end but rey is just powerful for absolutely no reason at all and she even steals the skywalker name after she did basically nothing
As a woman, I absolutely agree. I loved Leia’s character because even though she was powerful in her own right, she knew when she needed help and was able to ask for it. And same with Padmé. She worked hard in her political career and needed advisors while she was Queen, especially since she was so young. And I think one of the biggest examples we saw is with Ahsoka. She started out as an eager Padawan and eventually worked her way up to being really powerful. But she didn’t do that without making mistakes and learning things along the way. That’s why I love those characters so much. Not only are they likeable, but we also get to see them grow and learn. I hate this new trend of “let’s make the female characters overpowered for stupid reasons”, along with the constant male bashing. All it does is make Rey look like a Mary Sue. If we had been able to see her build her skill set and learn how to become powerful, that might have been interesting. As it is, she just seems boring. At least Padmé, Leia, and Ahsoka seemed real and relatable. Rey just seems like an idealized, overpowered hero that no one can possibly aspire to be even close to. That’s not empowering at all. If anything, it’s very limiting. If you want a powerful female character, you need to make her real, relatable, and fallible, just like everyone else.
