    Alright that's what I was wondering about. after I hit 9x3 at 50% of my max bp I do light volume work for my weaknesses thank you so much for the reply

    Dylan Moretti On speed day we focus more on volume because intensity lower than max effort day. Especially this works for triceps. Lats, upper back and shoulder base on our needs.

    Do you guys normally hit light accessors after your first movement? Lighter compound then tri shoulder and lay work after?

    What's the benefit of the second bench press? Building the triceps? (elbow area)

      Yes, it builds triceps muscle near to elbow.

    9x3 50%. How longe are the pause between sets ?

      Should take you about 10 minutes to get through your sets.
      They absolutely fly through their DE work.
