Thank you for another awesome tutorial! I have a few quilts that are quilted and ready to be bound and I think I can do it after this lesson. Always was unsure about joining the end of the binding, but with that 2.5 inch piece, it makes it very easy. Love your channel. Congratulations on your Best Quilt Shop win! I'm in California, but I voted for you! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you! I was having an issue making the 2 ends come together. I watched many videos on connecting the binding. I just could not get the hang of it. I watched your video - WOW! I tried this method - EURIKA!!!! It worked!! Once again thank you. This is the only method I will use.
Thank you for this close up binding tutorial. I would love for you to do a video on your acrylic table top; how it is installed and the table that can be used. I’ve seen several videos with these sewing tops and I would love to have one. Many thanks and hoping to visit your shop soon. ❤️🪡🧵
Great and helpful video as always! I was really hoping you would talk about your table and the acrylic insert. Then you brought it up😃 that is definitely a quilters dream. Would love to get more info😊. Thank you for all the hard work in putting these videos together for us❤
Thank you for this great tutorial. I so wish I had this done on my first quilt instead of hand stitching. This machine way should last much longer than the hand stitching. I love the great tip of joining the binding ends so it comes out just right.
Quilter’s vision. We can get you whatever you need. I LOVE this set up! I’m left handed so I put the drawer unit behind me. I’ve never been happier in my sewing room! My husband laughs at me because I go in there and just smile. 🤣
What type presser foot are you using and do you adjust your needle position to desired position on the binding. 2 or 3 stitches? You are always so perfect. I struggle with the right presser foot. I have Babylock Aria and Bernina 770 QE.
Great video. I am always trying to perfect my binding, never can get it just right lol. What is the name of that table you have? I would love for my sewing to be all one surface.
Thank you!! It’s called quilters vision. It has a set of drawers that’s suppose to attach to the left side but I’m left handed so I left them free standing and put them behind me. We can get just about any table, chair, machine, etc and usually for the lowest price. I am very pleased with this one!
You are an awesome quilter/teacher. I am 80 years old and so sorry that I gave up quilting about 4 years ago. If I had had your teaching available years ago I would not have quit!

I just use the one that came on the machine. I don’t change the needle position. 😁
Penny, Do you whipstitch your corner angles closed so they don't get caught on anything?
I do not. I tack them down as I turn.
