She told mom she will call 911 if this behavior keeps taking place before Ramsey suggested it. The topic of selling the car came up before Ramsey brought it up. The ball has already been rolling prior to speaking with Ramsey and all due respect to Ramsey, he sometimes will abuse and humiliate callers before actually helping them and most people are already vulnerable when they call. Most don't want to be abused for entertainment sake. I've known people in families like this before.
