I sometimes compare myself to others and find myself feeling like I'm not enough. I would often beat myself up for not being where I felt like I 'should' be in life. When in reality, the second I started letting go and trusting the universe in my own personal journey, my life started to change. Although I'm still working on it, being present and recognizing that I'm always exactly where I need to be - even when it doesn't feel like it - has been the key to me feeling fulfilled in all that I do. No matter how much money or followers or whatever you have, if you're feeling behind in life, just know that you're not.

Two important items to keep in mind. If there is no struggle, there can be no progress. (2) Living in a comfort zone is a wonderful place, the problem is nothing grows there.
I always obsessed over my future, & truthfully it made me more stressed & negative. But lately when I get like that I soon just start thinking about I need to be living now in this moment and I will figure it out in the moment it happens.
Omg YES to pretending to be someone that I’m not for the sake of my job… Exactly how I feel. I realized I don’t want to pretend or be fake anymore.
Not just 19 or 20 yrs old, also 30 yrs old. At 30 I was still in wage slavery and not sure what to do or knew my purpose. It caused stress, depression and anxiety. We should learn to enjoy the present moment and our journey at a very young age. I hope to instill this in my nieces and nephews and future kid.
My life is a constant battle of “should I spend more time enjoying life? Or should I spend more time prepping for my future?” And it’s exhausting going back and forth. It’s scary to think about letting go of my obsession with the future. But honestly life is stressful enough without taking the time to enjoy the ride

Speaking facts right at the start of the video! When I started consuming online content as a teenager, I was always watching people older than me & for this reason, I was less hard on myself because it encouraged me to work hard for my future. Nowadays, because there are so many successful young people & it's shared so publicly on the internet, I constantly feel like I'm behind. It's way easier said than done, but you have to actively remind yourself that you are exactly where you need to be! (also unfollow the people that make you feel that way, it's so unnecessary)
i really needed this, omg was supposed to be abroad fro school last march 2020 but because of corona they closed borders, will be 19 months in december. I hate it at home after being in uni for 4 years doing undergrad, i just need a speck of lights at the end of the tunnel

There are so many gems from this video.. unreal, I've been subscribed for a few months and I am in love with the way you are able to articulate your words to deliver the message. I swear I watched this video a couple of times now, I needed this especially today and I am glad I was notified by your video.
