    Thank you so much for sharing this. My anxiety has gotten so bad the past few months that ive been crying on my way to work and panicking at my desk. I am definitely going to try some of these tips out. I also made an appointment with a therapist which is a good first step and i encourage others to do the same if they can.

    Hi Duan,
    I recently started having panic attacks and feeling like my heart was about to burst each time. Thanks to my doctor, I am taking medication and feeling much better. But sometimes it's just hard to know that my body doesn't handle my life well, it makes me feel like I am a weak and ungrateful person.
    So thank you for this video, to you and to every girl that spoke up, because sharing your stories made me feel less lonely. Thank you for making this part of the internet a happy place.

    I hope that one day I will be as amazing as you. I'm at horrible state now, but you give me hope every day. You lost your father, you couldn't eat and had a lot of anxiety but you still kept going- and look at you now. Mesmerizing ray of happiness and sunshine. That's my goal, to grow and improve myself as you did. You are my inspiration, Duan. can't thank you enough. ❤

    honestly, for me it just started with the calming nature in your vlogs helping my anxiety, then the cute moments with your friends helping me feel less lonely and depressed.     Duan, some time ago, your videos inspired me to have candles and I want to thank you for that. Lighting one makes me feel like I've accomplished something and that helps.
    Also, for me, writing poems, going on walks, and talking to my favorite people helps.

    I really love and appreciate this! I've been batting anxiety since I was a little girl and it has led to autoimmune issues. It important to take a deep breath and think about all the things we can be grateful for. I try to do at least one little thing a day for myself to settle. Whether is it to go sit on the beach, drink a tea or write a poem. Sending strength to all of you!

    Duan I’ve followed you for years and you ALWAYS make me feel less alone and better about my severe anxiety issues.
    I also have a gene that’s linked to anxiety and have severe tummy issues and hand and foot cramps since my hands get so tense during panic attacks.
    ANYWAY, you’re not alone either!! If you ever feel like you’re shouting into a void, we all appreciate and GROW from you and have your back just the same!

    Duan thankyou thankyou thankyou for this video! I can't tell you how easy it is to feel so incredibly alone when every 2 weeks or so I just experience this deep intense sadness and especially WORRY over anything and everything for no reason. And how hard it is to explain to those close to me I just feel so sad, helpless and fearfeal with worry. I needed this video so much :) And that one quote that said "Its just a feeling" really spoke to me! I will definitely try to add these practices into my life.

    Hi Duan, thank you for sharing this, I couldn't participate because am in a different part of the world, but am curious, do you have any spiritual outlet in your life? I know many people are not religious or spiritual, but having a sense of something bigger than myself has helped me a lot as well. It helps me rely on someone much bigger than myself for anything that am experiencing at the moment, praying is a meditation for me, voicing out my fears and inadequacies to God, letting myself be vulnerable and naked to a force that wont judge me has been therapy for me.
    Also, take a journey back to when your anxiety started and find out if there is an underlying reason for it. I used to get depressed when I was a teenager mostly because of the changes and emotions I was experiencing for the first time, I didn't know how to deal with them or how to handle love and rejection, body weight changes, but as I have gotten older, it has got better.
    In my early twenties, I had so much ambition and I wanted to achieve so much in such a short period of time but I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere, it got frustrating especially when I compared myself to my friends and the great jobs they had, the relationships that they were in. I realised that life is a journey and everyone else is different, so I take it a step at a time right now, and appreciate the small victories all the way.
    All in all Duan, take that painful journey back in time, look at the pain you have been through, the highs and lows, cry if you have to, I feel like there is some healing that has to take place within. I hope am not overstepping.
