Peter - I stumbled across your crazy Volvo recently so started watching the progress, but this video is 27 minutes of complete Swedish heaven. UK here, owned for many years a very special 3 door Saab Viggen in grey. Sold it to the Czech republic, then an old 900 Turbo, and now a boring Volvo XC60.
Cars are insane! Drag is not my thing but just seeing all that variety of builds is fantastic! I'd love to visit event like that someday. Thanks for sharing and for your commentary!
A big Canadian thank you for a great job videoing. Enjoyed this even more because it was Sweden. Not much heard about the drag world of Sweden so really good to see. I thought everything was government regulated out of existence there as far as cars were concerned. Hope to see more!
So good to see Dragweek style event in Europe, so much variety in your cars! Really enjoyed watching your content from Australia, great filming and commentary too 👌
These things are regular during summertime Sweden. We have something called Classic Car Week where all roads are filled with old American cars. Can’t speak for the rest of Europe though, culture is different there..
Don't think I've ever seen an LSA in a cobra before lol. Love the channel, thanks for sharing your endless wealth of automotive knowledge with us. Can't wait for the next video on the Volvo build!
I've been catching up on all these vids I missed because I've not had your notifications on. Just like others have said, your coverage/editing style/narration is absolutely fantastic!
Really good style video, refreshing to watch. That Opel tho! I don't think I've ever seen such a tightly packed engine bay and all the stuff inside too! Love the Volvo at 12.30!
Hey mate, just stumbled across your vid and can honestly say that in being in Australia with a fair share of rev heads down here, I am really impressed by your collection/scene "up there" in Sweden. You guys have some serious engineering feats going on, great to see. Thanks for the vid. Nathan:)
This was actually really enjoyable... I could watch this style of video all day from you. far more entertaining than DragWeek, RMRW videos from the states here.
Love the Swedes, and happy that they are one of the only European countries that can actually enjoy and race cars like these. I know you guys love the big Cadillacs and cruisers too!
With all Audi’s I was surprised that there wasn’t any vw’s. Also very cool to see all of the American steel on the other side of the pond. Great video.
Lovely nothing like a v8 iv got 4 v8 cars in austrailia nothing 2 mad only stock o and my lovely old v8 144 530 scania rock on .keep up the good work .brit man in austrailia hi from oz
Another great video with good content. Some talking with the owners of their cars would be good giving some background on there cars also. You're getting up there with 1320, keep going, you're getting better all the time. Soon you'll be the 1320 of Europe.
Absolutely crazy how different the laws are in Europe. Try such an event in Germany and you wouldn't even be able to leave the first event without getting your car impounded by the police. So much crazy builds in this video, it's hard to believe they are all street legal in Europe. Maybe I should move to Sweden one day...
None of the ones I checked where street legal. They're taking a chance by driving these on public roads, but the traffic police in Sweden are really under funded. Last year there where only about 200 traffic police officers in Sweden in total.
So I can come to Sweden one day to enjoy drag racing? Cool, I might make it to Sweden living in Europe, getting to drag week in the US doesn't seem so achievable...
I checked a few of the registrations, and some are kind of legal and are registered as amateur built vehicles or modified vehicles, but they are not registered with the power they are putting down here since there is a limit of the power to weight ratio allowed for those types of cars. But they are at least inspected and approved for road use, i think these will not have any issues with the police as long as they do not do anything stupid on the streets. Some are not legal at all with the current setup, and have not been inspected for years and on paper they should be completely stock. so they are risking getting a ticket or having the car taken off the road. But even those have the tax payed and are ensured.

För mig som inte kan vara på plats och kika live så var denna filmen jäkligt trevlig. Ett jättetack.
Dang youre getting really good at filming and narrating things. Really enjoy these!
Gotta love the unique kind of mental that is the Scandinavian petrol head.

nices builts , and the driving experience has to be wonderful
I saw the thumbnail and new Sweden builds are legit lol
Holy shit it's an Opel double points...

Sweden has had a hardcore muscle car scene for a long time, Top Tier cars...Cheers from Canada...

Wow incredible stuff Peter, drag racing looks awesome in Sweden. Best thing, everything is driven there, not taken there in a trailer 👌

The Opel Blitz 54 is indeed a small truck. 1.75T is what it's called 👍
Regards Per Arne Grimsby, Co driver/Co builder 👍
That Opel is about as close as one can get to strapping their car to a rocket. Crazy!! Great video

Wow so cool with carbon fiber bumper on a Volvo 140!!! :D
Nice vid and great cars! But I would really like to see some more drag racing WITH some times!
Had I not seen clettus and his Rocky Mountain race I would not have known what it was. Some awesome looking and sounding cars and trucks .
The Swedes certainly know how to build a car and damn they can drive a car down the track 👊
"Where they talk a little bit strange" 😂
Another great video with good content. Some talking with the owners of their cars would be good giving some background on there cars also. You're getting up there with 1320, keep going, you're getting better all the time. Soon you'll be the 1320 of Europe.
Wicked, Best thing is the scope of cars/engines as seems to be LS or V8 everything elsewhere.
As always a fun video from mr. Bjorck
Riktigt bra film. Åk gärna på fler äventyr och filma och kommentera byggen.

Awesome! So much more interesting cars than Drag Week in the USA. What were the times these cars were running? Most looked FAST
The fastest of them does low 5s passes on 201m
Fastast pass of the week was a 4.76
Excellent videos. I have a soft spot for Opel Blitz so now I need to google for that one! :D
Great mechanic's! !!!!!🙋 absolutly perfect! !!! Respect 👍

The red opel, isn't that the car that won the Stockholm open last year?
Yes
No, the blown black 142 did
Sami Timonen yeah well that year perhaps. ;)
Det blir bara bättre och bättre kvalité på dina videos! Bra jobbat!!
Arduino transmission controller? That's something you don't see every day.

Oh hell yes I want some EU 1320. Sick.
Gotta love das Volvo mussel cars ...Scandinavian petrol beger sig rock!
That opel truck is nice
It’s crazy that these cars are on number plates. Are they al technically legal in Sweden Peter ?
This is what i'm wondering as well. IIRC the regulations changed in Sweden while ago and are much tighter these days.
Anyone that know if swedish police are on their tail trying to make their life hard or dont they care about these cars?
cars that are over 50 years old do not need to be inspected either
Let's just say, most of these cars would not survive an inspection.. .
Love the name Peter Bjorck! I assume this is an alias? A take on the Australian race car driver Peter Brock? Really interesting vlog.
Grymt filmat! Mvh the fastest Audi ❤️
N.Jarnet with the dct 325ix.. one of my favorite cars ever.
This why i envy Sweden! crazy builds, and still street legal
That air conditioning!!! Good video!
Very cool video Peter
