Brilliant work Peter, I’m really glad to see you made it for at least a little while at Street Week. You’ve done an amazing job with this one and you did it under pressure. I hope you don’t feel any disappointment because you e done a tremendous job!! It’s been brilliant to follow along too!
Exactly this comment ❤❤ been following you Peter for over 5yrs. Great work 😊😊
Don't beat yourself up, you made it there and a day of racing is a GOOD DAY!
you and your friends did amazing work to get this car ready for this event! so rad !
This will be a phenomenal car! It already is!
Thank you kindly for your time and work Peter, sharing this with us all,, 💖🙏💖
15k views for the most insane project ever done on youtube..insanely underrated
Dude it is 6hour old video
Peter, you created a real "pretty-looking monster" (another one i mean) and fast like a roket ! Can't imagine when all the problems will be sorted out and you get used to this missile ! Congrats and a lot of clap clapping from Italy 🏁🏁🏁 !!
Favorite volvo build of the year
ever***
What a cool, and orginal build. So impressed that you were able to drive it to a track with a trailer, race and go back home.
Holy hell, the way that thing just disapperars.. that's a 6 second Volvo.. insanity and I love it
And it is it's first day at the track
What an great build
This is my favourite car of all time when the first time you build it.
the sound and acceleration is insane!!! love your projects Peter, amazing works keep it up 💪🏻❤
Great to see - funny to see he pulling the trailer go & back. most impressive.
Bummed I couldn't go this year. The car is still so fresh, but my jaw dropped at how fast it already took off. See you next year, hopefully.
You couldn't go this year because you were being bummed?
@@pistonburner6448 Yep, my poor little bum.
@@pakan357 😉
Hey up peter so sweet you got there mate and anything else is a bonus on a big build like this, the first burnout you showed was more like race as the car really hooked up thanks for spending the valuable time to film and share
Well done Peter, for making it. I’m certain you will fix all the little things. What a feat just to get it into the Volvo. I’m another follower from Australia. I’m looking forward to watching you continually refine the body, electronics & finally putting in the rear glass instead of the louvres. 👍
The car low stance and width looks so badass! Once you figure it all out this car has the best cool factor! Keep going!
You did it! Great job from a great guy with great help.Greetings from Germany.
definetly one of my favourites cars on the internet
Amazed you got it there, all that hard work paid off. This is just the start for this beast. Well done mate 👏
Amazing to see drag cars driving with trailers to events, proper grass root’s motorsport…
That final shot is awesome!
What a sick Volvo love to have that !
5:00 the Volvo is a crazy machine omg!!
Love it... knew it would of been a success
Absolutely insane how fast this Volvo has been built, truly incredible!!
Any race you can finish, is a good one. The first races are all about finding what works and what feels more comfortable. You definitely need a streamlined set-up so you can not have to worry with so many things to remember with different modes. Burn-out, drag and cruising modes would work well. Your car is on its way to greatness!
I saw this video uploaded last night but saved it till today to watch. Congratulations on making it to Streetweek, you are your friends did an amazing job to make it there at all. Looking forwards to seeing where you go from here with the 240 build.
Epic achievement to get there Peter! You have some very cool mates and I wonder if you all remember what sleep is :) Brilliant, thank you.
Hi Peter,
Whats up from your neighbor country, Norway 👋
Love your car. It really brings some memories watching that old Volvo chassis.
And btw, your channel is now getting to the point where you need a dedicated cameraman and you in front. 👍🏽
Thanks for making the content. We are watching you!
I hope you can get some sleep now Peter. Your car looks amazing and it's great to see it running and doing what it's built to do A credit to your vision and perseverance, definitely one of the coolest Volvo builds ever. A fantastic effort by you and your team, and a good shakedown for the next one. Lots more to do so looking forward to some more videos and some more development, it's going to be awesome. Well done!
At least you made it to street week. I love this car. I still cant understand how you got it to this stage so quick. Would not have been easy
Despite the car being untested & also dealing with trouble of stuck gear, no traction control, the 6.33s & 207kph pass is awesome IMO!
I can't wait to see you dive into this build again to make it even better!
But overall I'm just glad you managed to do a pass in the drag week, this project is crazy (in a good way) considering you started the project from January!
Usually project Cars like these are ON the trailer and not pulling One. 😂 Amazing work! Such a unique build
Bra krigat Peter! Tack för att du delar med dig av ditt bygge :)
Thank you from Australia. Love your channel. Please keep it coming but more important please keep it fun for you!
Crazy man doing crazy things! I love it. You did such an excellent job in such a short time. Can't wait for the videos where you start improving the car.
Congrats for getting to some runs eventually at the race! Hopefully next year you can do a full week race. I think your car will look great when fully finished. And thanks for the video! Have a nice summer :)
Car looks amazing - thanks for the hard work in documenting and sharing.
Love all your builds, have been following you for while and I’m always in for a delight suprise
Congrats Peter you worked so hard on the car and it looks so cool 🙂 Most important it seem to drive very straight even in 2wd 😎
Amazing. So awesome to see it run and drive, even if not perfect.
Always Quality and detailed look at racecars.
Love that Z3 Coupè
Volvo FTW
This speaks to me on an emotional level. Very well done!
You have literally just reinvented the wheel! 🥳 Awesome start to what will be an iconic project xo ❤
Listen the reason those times were so high is because you weren’t taking off the way you should’ve been. Those acceleration rates when you were hitting them you are a low 5 to 4.9 when you get this thing running 100%.
I started following you on maybe the second video in this series. I’m incredibly impressed with the engineering and problem-solving that you’ve been able to put into this. Godspeed brother keep the rubber side down.
That thing flat gets DOWN! You will get it sorted I am sure. Love it!
Excellent work Peter this will be amazing when she is dialled in ❤
Dialled in like Ericsson!
@@pistonburner6448 just like Bluetooth I’m sure Peter will bring it all together
Otroligt vilket fantastiskt jobb och skapelse du gjort💪 Man kan inte bli annat än jävligt imponerad och motiverad 👌👌👌
Very good work, I am glad that the car is runing and that your work was not for nothing, I love volvos and this type of projects, good job from France !
incredible build! congrats.. i look forward to following future developments..
It’s physically impossible to dislike fast Volvos 🤩
Impressive job, well done, and congratulations 👍👍👌
Fantastic to see youre driving the actuel car with a trailer behind and not with the car ON a trailer 👌👌👏👏👏👏
Man, some very impressive cars over there but the trailer game is something else, sick vans to grandpas cage trailer.. made me laugh.
excellent work getting the midvo there, look forward to seeing it grow
Damn that looks awesome reminds me of the the 70 Mercedes 2 doors
Amazing the work you have done! Good luck
You did it! That is so cool. Would love to see this beast in person sometime 🎉
Good job getting there!! Keep pushing!!!
For first roll out i think its very good, crazy that you full send it!!!!
Brilliant Peter you at lease made it there, well done 🎉
Nice work bro❤
Att du fick ihop bilen är grymt bra jobbat!
Grymt jobbat, grattis! 😊 Blir spännande att se mer av detta bygget 😊
Wicked flagship man!
Least now you are clear on what needs refined, it will be something else when you do
And 6. seconds with niggles is pretty damn good👊
10/10ths Peter, next year to fine tune mate
Amazing work,well done
Grattis för en MEGA bedrift!! Dax att åka hem parkera o sova i en vecka o vårda hjärnan o hälsan! ;)
You made it buddy... brilliant stuff...❤
Congratulations !!
✌️
Kul att se dig köra efter allt slit. Gött jobb !
u did a beautiful job with your car
Glad to see it run well
Riktigt häftigt grymt jobbat!
Tusen hjertelig takk for video ❤💪👍👍
The Volvo is an absolute weapon!
Great to see it out on the road
i been following for a lil bit. i gotta say. this car LOOKS insane sounds great. i cant wait to see what ya do to finish it up. are you going to be doing more content like drag racing with it?
Yes i need to sort gearbox and then more dragracing.
Super cool build. Glad you finally got it on track. Looks a bit squerly under power.
Peter at 10:30 it is Z3 (M) Coupe aka Clownshoe.
Best sounding for sure! nice job! nice seeing the older American vehicles there also that camaro looks like an old Funny Car drag race car that got sold off
Grattis!
You blokes need to invite 1320Video to see how a Euro 'No Prep' event is staged, with crowd back away from race track, and safety gear in place, unlike the US tracks where there's trees hanging over the surface and people standing in the startbox and hanging over the barriers as the edge of the asphalt.
Vilka monster till bilar. 🎉
Love the innovation with this build! If you could have, would you use a 242 instead? Seems like longer doors would fit this chassis better.
2WD burnout: use a momentary switch? When pressed, it switches to 2WD for the next 30 seconds (or the next launch)
Good job mister!
Magiskt att se bilen ute på banan! Ser fram emot fler videos med detta galna bygge 👍
I don't think you could expect much more on the first 3 runs on a new build, so pat yourself on the shoulder and bounce back next year :)
Cool build 😊
👍🏴😁✌️
henrick andersen my friend has the blue RX8. He was last owner of the AWD v8 bmw 1 seris too
i think the rear wheel fenders look so off when compared to fron tires, they are still in works.. but would like to see the fender a bit more open style like front and it would suit more. Cool to see it in action finally!
Thank you
An absolutely brilliant project. Maybe a pre-launch check-list would be beneficial. Just sayin'.
Helt otroligt bygge lite justeringar å du är med i toppen nästa år
You have pretty nice laws there in Sweden seeing these cars "street legal" Hahahahahah 🤣 Amazing! Us near the mediteranean can't even install a mufler.... 🤣
With trailer coupling on the 1/4 mile ;)
Peter, congratulations!!! You and your team made it💪💪💪🏁🏁🏁 Can you tell me how the awd is switch on and off?
Jämrans i min lilla låda, full gas spar tid!
Snykkt!
6.33 @ 128 mph - 9.5 - 10 sec on the 1/4 for a first run isn't bad with driver error
Awsome, ❤ what was the problem with the gearbox before you got to go to street week?
I will get into it in next video. But different signals in car to gearbox.
