@@alexandrutereify are you saying European Union? If so, that has no relevance to vehicle legality, that's based on your country. Not sure exactly where this guy is, but the worst case scenario is that modified cars need inspection before being approved for the road. It's not illegal. You're wrong for so many reasons.
@@SatanDotExe you cant drive in the European Union without TUV. That car cant pass TUV. You cant even really swap in another motor thats identintical, because you need matching engine codes. This can only be legal in some US states that qllow this kind of building.

Some EU countries, like the Netherlands, you can fit a different engine. But you need to pass a stringent test before legally aloud back on the road.
@@gmcminitruck i am aware, but they basically never give out the certification of road legality. The welder needs to be certified, the mechanic needs to be certified, the parts need to be TUV road legal certified. A lot of small little details that will legally disqualify you. You need to acess corruption to actually achieve it. So one guy building in their garage will never get it unless they "know people"

The skills needed to do this sort of shit are beyond excellence. Pretty amazing. You don't just 'drop' a Lambo engine in anything without an intellectual and mechanical fight. Good stuff.
The caravan is nice touch for the ultimate sleeper.

I don't believe it. This is INCREDIBLE work. Honestly, what a great job, this is one of the absolute best projects I've ever seen because its SO unexpected. I remember as a 16 year old my dream was to put a Ferrari engine in my Saturn SL2 and I would still do exactly that if I won the lottery or something.
Because who doesn't have four (three outside of a Lambo) Lambo V10's...

I grew up in a 1973 242GL. I literally laughed out loud when I saw those burnouts. So much fun in the old wagon (estate).
No way. Volvo 245DL in maroon/brown was my childhood family car in the 1980's. Never imagined a Lambo engine in it. What a great combo.

Peter B., can you tell us (followers) more about you in a video, like professional career, how do you balance work and these projects, the buddies that appear in the projects and that help you, how frequently you go to Dubai and what is the routine…! I know it’s a bit personal, but I would love to understand how is the life of someone that is capable of doing such incredible engineering achievements.

Impressive how far back you managed to mount the engine, in addition to how low down you got it. The weight distribution must be decent and better than I would have imagined.

Wow! Just absolutely wow! In all my years of growing up in a 240dl wagon (‘83, ‘84, ‘85, and ‘89 models) I’ve always dreamed of shoehorning a LS engine and even did all the measuring to make it fit. But you vastly surpassed all that.
Love to see a reaction video where you take this to Monaco GP and cruise down the main drag, revving the piss out of it. Watch all the Ray-Bans get tilted down and the "WTF?" thought bubbles form...

Wow. just... Wow. This is in my top 3 Car projects I've ever seen built... Actually, its number 1 :). What an incredible task and undertaking this project was and you managed to complete it. I have to say you are a bit crazy to take on this but a true Expert and Master in Automotive work, From the Engine, Custom Fabrication and having the guts to work on the thing that gives me nightmares on cars: Wiring and electronics lol. Anyways once again, Outstanding Job, My friends thought I was joking when I told them about this. Sending you our congrats on finishing this project from me and my car enthusiasts buddies from Malta :) Curious what you're gonna do next.

Paul Newman had a Volvo much like yours in dark green. He had a upgraded drivetrain and a Coyote race engine installed leaving a perfect sleeper undetected until he slammed the gas pedal. He drove it around Westport Connecticut where he lived.
