My problem is not the sinuses draining, they drain constantly. My problem is it all drains down my throat. Nothing blows out my nose. I need something to make it blow out my nose, not down my throat.

For me it seems that the right arm shrinks the turbinates (opens the airway) in the left nostril. And left arm shrinks then in right nostril. In case it helps anyone

What, more can I say Dr. MANDELL, than what I have said. How, did you become so educated and knowledgeable in so many areas ? I, bet you have been a student your whole life. Probably, still are. And, then you have always shared, taught and healed so many thousand of people who were and are willing to just simple listen with an open mind. I, have tried to share your healing teachings with others ! BUT, I can see it in their eyes that I am wasting my time. So, I am still working on the frustration part! People, need to believe there is another way that has been practiced for hundreds if not longer that TRULY WORK besides pills, Nose sprays and other products made by man for profit and do no good except some times make you feel sick. The, very first think that comes to mind is Nyquil !! I , was trying to get well not drunk !!
