    I like this exercise because beginners can actually keep up. I have a strong lower bottom, but have really weak shoulders. I have a hard time getting through some reps and have to stop for a couple. I will continue doing this multiple times a week and I know I will get stronger!

    Wow just finished this one after your back workout one, loved it loved it
    Really enjoyed this one and with little rest so today workout of April timetable completed and feeling so good.
    went on and did a arm toning one too if your workouts so feeling pumped
    Can't wait for the new full body Kettlebell hiit tomorrow

    Got April 28th of workout calendar ✔️ done. Shoulders are a tad bit firey 🔥... Lol . Love these workouts and the calendar you provide. 💞

    I’m a Volleyballer and I have quite weak shoulders, I did this workout the third time today and I hope my shoulders will get stronger🥰

    Attempted to use 8lbs for this but quickly switched to 5lbs. My arms are sore. Great shoulder workout. Thank you 😊

    I don't usually like repeating sets but this went quickly...though was far from easy! (1.5kg weights!) 🔥😅
