oh Jake sometimes you just leave me feeling like "Yeah buy it but don't buy it cuz you would really like this game unless you end up not liking it. just don't buy it. but go ahead and buy it"
Yes thats my biggest problem with this channel. It feels like sometimes they just don't have the balls to admit that a game sucks, so they try to dance around the topic.
Pages this big cant really stick to one side bc they probably 1. cant agree 2. are afraid of upsetting a substantial portion of their followers or 3. really can't decide. If you try to please everyone, you'll only hurt yourself. With the release of Saints Row (1&2) everybody COMPLAINED about it being a GTA clone, but when Saints Row 3&4 came out, everybody COMPLAINED that Volition needed to "get back to their roots" smh Some people will always find Something to complain about.....I'm a fan of saints row, so i enjoyed ALL of the games (the Third being my favorite) others are fans of the GTA genre, which is why they complain that SR 3&4 aren't enough like 1&2.....Volition knows its audience, and its a big one, so as long as they continue to cater to them they'll be fine. Agents of Mayhem is Volition's way of catering to their fans while opening the door for others to join the party as well. every franchise has its haters
>if you try to please everyone, you'll only hurt yourself. With the release of Saints Row (1&2) everybody COMPLAINED about it being a GTA clone, The people who complained about that bollocks was GTA Fanboys and the gaming media.

Just got it today and I love it. I'm moving away from multi player games to single player. I'm more of a play as much as I want without dealing with jerks who care too much about a game. I don't want to feel like I have to go all out all the time. And if I don't people get upset. Just give me games where it's just me and a good story and fun to play.
Lemme guess that he's gonna say people are comparing this game to overwatch because it has multiple characters even though after the first 10 seconds you can see that's not true
"Hi im alaco and I cry for a game that might be way shitty than saints row 4 and saints row 3"... Yo quit being a crybaby, that shit never works while you are older. If you want a damn game made badly then go make a shitty game instead of complaining like a child. 😀
Alaco123 relax, you're better off waiting so they can properly develop saints row 5, also fell like saints row IV was rushed since they still used the same map which they should of combine stillwater and steelport to make it an abomination map full of his/her worst past.
it's 2020 as of today, I bought it at PS4 cause it's on sale with the whole bundle on it. I haven't played this game nowhere on PS3 but since i'm a die hard Saints Row fan I bought it, to my surprise i'm actually loving it. You know, despite all the hate and negative comments about it, it's actually amazing how it turned out something different from the Saints Row franchise but as soon as you play it it's cool. 3 was a good game but to a lot of people not necessarily me they say its a good game but not a good saints row game similar to how some people think doom is like that
A Lewd Lady But 3, 4 and Gat Out of Hell were made as jokes. 1 and two were made to be serious to be a rival to the GTA games. I mean you can't like them all equally since 1 and 2 are much different to 3 and 4 and Gat Out of Hell. They seem like different games apart from characters and what buttons to press. I mean even the way respect is used changes completely in 3 and 4 into some weird levelling thing instead of something that's required to beat the game. Gat Out of Hell did bring back an element of it with needing to fill up Satan's wrath to progress but It seemed easier to get it than in 1 and 2. Idk just saying.
Hitman Goat Saints Row and Saints Row 2 are overrated. Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV are better in my opinion. I own Saints Row 2 and have all the DLC to that game and I don't even play it. lol
In its own genre, this is an excellent game ! In the sens that it is amusing and play somewhat like we play when we are childs. It is now often on sale, sometimes near 4.00 $ for the Total Mayhem bundle which is the edition to get, that includes notably three more characters. There are also several costumes "unlockable" for each one ot them. In this edition, this is a complete game, a quality nowadays.
Loving this game. Feels like you're playing an homage to the old 90s kids tv shows. And yes this was supposed to be an mmo. But I guess they changed their minds lol.
Ironic that I came here from Razorfist's Cobra review. What I mean is that this game gives me a major 80's action movie vibe with all its one liners and crazy, over the top action. Even the characters give me the vibes of action heroes from that time period. And I've been loving it so far. Then again I've liked all the SR games and there is nothing like an 80's action flick
DrIvanRadosivic explain to me how wanting a remastered version of a game is a "problem to the gaming industry" you're a consumer just like me, you dont really even know the gaming industry. People like you are whats wrong with the industry my friend
DrIvanRadosivic you have way too much anger over a simple comment. I dont have an xbox 360 anymore so I just wanted it on next gen. Its not that serious, you really just wrote a whole novel over this tf
DrlvanRadosivic The PC port for Saints Row 2 is dogshit, and a remaster would most likely sell pretty well on the current gen consoles, for the die hard fans and the newer fans of SR3 and SR4. It's such a unique open world game. (despite the fact its often called a GTA clone. FPS games used to be called Doom clones, GTA shouldn't get the special privilege of being the only open world crime game.)
Hedders The Default I don't know why people always call Saints Row a clone but not Watch Dogs, or Mafia. They're not clones but still it just seems unfair.
Desmond Smith Exactly, FPS games used to be called Doom clones, Platformers were often called Mario clones, and nowadays any open world game is called a GTA clone. Thankfully "Doom clone" and "Mario clone" have died out. I hope the same for "GTA clone". Some games bring some really interesting new features but are still compared to GTA.
A couple of months ago I preordered it, since I was really excited about it. When I learned that you couldn't customize your character, I was let down a bit, but still excited. I played it for the past few hours, and thank God Steam made an exception and refunded me. Not only is it basically Saints Row 4 without the amazing and crazily funny customization and without good and funny missions, the story was mediocre at best and wasn't really worth the 60 bucks. If I saw it without knowing that it was made by Volition I would've guessed it was an Early Access costing 10 bucks, 5 on sale.
Okay so I'm not super well versed on the gaming industry, I do play games but only casually and I only buy a couple a year because my career takes a priority (the only games that are coming out that I want to get are Assassin's Creed Origins and RDR2 when that's out) so could you explain how pre-ordering is bad? I've seen a lot of people say how much of a bad thing it is, what about pre-ordering is damaging the industry exactly?
People complaining about AGENTS OF MAYHEM as if it were super terrible.. When in actuality (if you're into continuous shooting & looting) it's a bit more entertaining than it seems. I mean sure.. admitingly it may not have been as interactive as the avrg SAINTS ROW game.. yet in reality nor do I really think that it needs to be either! As long as players had the chance to upgrade & alter Character Skins with Vehicles & Power-ups.. this game had the right approach in order to be a bit different from its predecessors as it was somewhat along the lines of being a formula for a 'new I.p. Strongly tho.. I feel AGENTS OF MAYHEM deserves to be its own parallel entity to SAINTS ROW within the 'Saints Universe as it did provide a creatively playable bridging gap between GAT OUT OF HELL and SAINTS ROW.. with that being said - further thought can prove AGENTS OF MAYHEM very well paves way for Stories & Plots which can plausibly take place upon Alternate Planets & Dimensions rather than Earth/Stillwater.. thus providing VOLITION to branch The New Mayhem Saints into fresh ideas. Ultimately players can be faced or teamed with newer 'baddies & characters. In particular.. I really enjoy the Overwatch/ G. I. JOE approach with the characters and stories.. the still-life panel scenes & voice overs are a great addition for preserving graphical space as well as to get the point across as to what is going on within each episodes (really brought memories of fav Saturday morning cartoons).. not to mention the subtle tie-ins to Saints Row humor doesn't bother me at all either & I was at least glad to see some references being made to SAINTS ROW in order to reassure that the game is very much still a part of the timeline in a few ways. Still AGENTS OF MAYHEM (for the most part) was action packed and I like the optional means of traversing the Open World.. However I did find it to be a slight shame that there was only roughly a 12man playable roster to unlock.. which could've also been justified by adding the use of Unlockable Villains with their own episodes & plot lines.. Another thing that was also a slight shame was the lack of Multiplayer & Versus Modes.. There's not a day which goes by that I don't catch myself daydreaming about battling other players online within the Open City of SEOLE.. I like the 'Critical Hit System Rag doll Physics & Explosions that was implemented in the gameplay as it is always refreshing to note that head-shots & special attacks matter as things get hectic at times. Now although it appeared to be a bit calm within the Open city.. I like the idea that it can all be switched around by causing a little 'mayhem on innocent drivers & pedestrians as the A.i Aggro develops.. The game feels rather perfect for what it is as many would class it as a 'spin-off.. I like the thought that it gives SAINTS ROW an opportunity to somewhat compete or even parody the likes of say: CRACKDOWN & OVERWATCH and even SAINTS ROW itself!.. even if it may not quite be on the same level.. at least it can allow the Volitian Crew to aim at expanding upon its potential in gameplay in order to provide something new or different for the time being. In closing however.. AGENTS OF MAYHEM has great potential & aside from all the purposely placed negative feedback from those who may have experienced some early glitches -or- hoped A.O.M would've been SR5 - my fingers are crossed that VOLITIAN CAN STILL RELEASE A WELL ROUNDED SEQUEL FOR AGENTS OF MAYHEM which provides MORE UNLOCKABLE CHARACTERS (protagonists & villains alike) MORE CAMPAIGN EPISODES with CONTENT & ONLINE VERSUS MODES as well as MORE ZANEY POWER-UPS & ASTHETICS FOR ALL CHARACTERS.. as AGENTS OF MAYHEM is Still - GG in my books! A.O.M.2 Let's Get It!!! Thnx4reading - if u did.
The constant banter and jokes were luckily really to my taste. Coupled with the awesome animation, character customization on the stats I cared about, and a plethora of ways to try out the many agents in different situations, this definitely feels worth the buy.
I had not heard of this game *at all* until today. I saw it in a Redox email, then in a Playstation ad on Facebook, and based on the name, cover art, and even the official trailer, assumed it was an Overwatch-style multiplayer combat game, and was ready to dismiss it. Then I searched for a couple of reviews that would talk about the game and show actual gameplay (yours included) before it was clear that the game was 1) an open-world action RPG, and 2) explicitly single-player only, and now I'm definitely going to at least rent it to see how I like playing it. It looks pretty cool; much better than I thought from the basic/official marketing. So thanks for covering it!
AoM is like one of those games where you play it on some down time while waiting for bigger/ better releases, so yea it kinda falls into that weird category. I mean AoM is not a bad game by all means but it has this thing (don't know what words to put it) where once you've finish your primary game, you'll end up going back to AoM for some odd reason. . . .But you're right, this game could of been a whole lot better, still fun though. Favorite 3 characters: Hardtack - Tank Fortune/ Braddock - Pure damage Oni - Stealth and specialty.
More like Agents of Okayhem Can't wait for SR5/Saints Row reboot tho I think it would be kind of dope to see the yakuza dude from this as a character in Saints Row
For me it actually looks really fun. The characters are all really cool. I personally play more Single player than Multiplayer in games so that fact I don't mind.
Just got this game for free with my $5 gamestop pro coupon. Finished Saints Row 4 remastered the other day and wanted more. Can't wait for this to finish updating so I can get started. :D
I have the game. It's pretty fun and customization is insane and the amount of difficulty settings is nice. So far my only problem is the world seems really bland.
If Deep Silver/Volition isn't bankrupt yet, i'd say give AoM 2 a shot. You have the tools... now perfect it. Obviously we're gonna need a new city, and fan-favorite agents should return while granting us new ones for the rest that didn't appeal so much. Hollywood, Fortune and other can go buh bye. But Hardtack, Daisy, Oni and Rama should reoccur. Every cutscene should be stylized in sunday morning-cartoon, and if Friday and Persephone wasn't unlockable bonuses in the first AoM, they should definitely be finally playable in the next game. Whether the map is big or small, make sure it isn't overstuffed with meaningless stuff to do. Let there be depth in the content you give us. Remember how flexible the driving was in Saints Row 3? Give us that in AoM 2. Multplayer should be secondary consideration. Focus on singleplayer campaign and then pursue multiplayer. Don't worry about beating Crackdown to it... Focus on delivering us a well though of gimmicky shooting with lots of mindless fun.
I'm really diggin your BYBs. This comes down to you being an incredibly likeable guy who simply loves videogames. On the game: I do think it looks like fun, but not the kind I am going to spend full price on. Also I as well am totally fine with pure singleplayer games, but this one has coop written all over it. Saint's Row actually was a lot of fun for me due to having a superhero buddy along for the ride. All in all, I agree with your opinion!
@@BIG_GEORGE86 hell no. This did not turn into the game I was hoping it was. Screwed up the system and never looked back. Can be an ok play if everything wasn't taken serious.
Theres alot of Saint Row easter eggs that I have found, for example pay close attention to Hollywood and Kingpin =P My main charters are Kingpin, Fortune, and (I'm probably wrong!) Rama?
In my opinion you should get the game if it on sale I believe it on psn store right now. It very fun and plenty of heroes different with each playstyle. Overall if you enjoy borderlands or Saint row series it worth the pick up !
I just started playing it and I love it, I love the jokes and the little animated cut scenes. I laughed when Hollywood said he poked the bear and how everyone reacted, it is so far very good and I shall recommend the game to people. I also preordered it so I have Johnny Gat
Most games put there resources all towards multiplayer or a campaign with a little multiplayer or vice versa. I love how the campaign flows, but I think they could've added a small over watch type of multiplayer battle in the city, and it would've put this game over the top awesome.
I recently beat this game unlocking all the characters and I honestly had a lot of fun with it. I do agree, some of the missions had me bored and wondering why the heck I was even doing it, but it wasn't very often. I actually found a lot of the humor funny, and, well, I just loved the game. It did give me Crackdown 3 vibes which I also loved. I would give this game a 9/10.
yeah, im really enjoying many parts while I am annoyed that there is no vehicle and character customisation (other than a few skins) this game is definitely worth the wait for me and has given hours of fun already and will continue giving
Jimmy Soesman No you're not. This game is definitely an acquired taste for some people. I can see what they mean with it being repetitive and what not but I'm still enjoying it
one of the more positive reviews I've seen. I'll deffinatly pick it up on a good sale for sure. I'm also glad it's singleplayer experience only. there is FAR too many online multiplayer servers based crap out there!
Fourth person reviewing this that has mentioned G.I. Joe. That is one of my favorite things in the whole world. You seem lukewarm but I actually want this game more now than before I watched the video haha.
I like the game. A welcome change of pace from Overwatch. Rented it and then purchased it from a Redbox for $20!! Right now my squad is: Kingpin.. Joule.. Daisy.. I look forward to updates which may add to the free roaming experience in "future" Korea.
DrIvanRadosivic I am not saying they are bad games, but Battleborn's player count has been incredibly low since a month or so after it's release. I apologize if this upsets you, but Battleborn has been forgotten by most, and this game will likely be too.
DrIvanRadosivic watch the video Paladins vs Battleborn vs Overwatch, I liked it a lot and found it interesting. I prefer overwatch just because of how plain fun it is, and I don't really care about Blizzard's name, but if you like Battleborn more, good for you, I just disagree and that is fine.
DrIvanRadosivic I meant it never had a chance even at launch to get the same amount of coverage and attention as Overwatch did. I use to play Battleborn more seriously than Overwatch, and Overwatch was just when I wanted a shooter that had some strategic elements, but not play a match for 45+. But in my opinion, Battleborn was better at the time. I've learn to grow and appreciate Overwatch just as much, though. Pretty much forced to. I had no friends I could play Battleborn with. But if the playerbase returned to Battleborn, I would definitely go back to it. I miss Alani. She was my favorite character.
DrIvanRadosivic I looked on steam a while ago and it had 150 players... It is dead. You can still play it and be a fanboy, but to most people Battleborn is dead.
It's a good game it makes me think of a smaller version of watchdogs legion the idea of recruiting a large number of people as you have 16 characters altogether but you can get through the game only using the characters you actually want to use. It's a really fun game but I think it's more for fun than anything else but that's a good thing
Hey jake! Remember me? I was the person who commented that stupid ravioli recipe! I actually have 1 question for you. How would you feel if they added a wave survival game mode into AOM?
Daisy, Gat, and Fortune are my favs. I'm hoping we get some more missions as DLC. There lots left they can do with this game. Also the skins are amazing and love the little nods to Marvel and DC Comics.
By reading people comments talking about like not gonna buy it or this game is not worth to buy or wat ever. I bought the game because it look great the story mode great and the side missions and etc. I don't mind what they didn't put like online or customization. But hey let volition make there game. ik it not the new saint row wat all we wait for but At least we got this amazing game.
I finally pulled the trigger and bought it. I loved it. People get hyper sensitive about these games. Not the greatest game ever but was fun and overall a net positive experience. The multiplayer comment is pretty spot on and definitely feels like it was suppose to be a group play environment.
I bought it for $10 on Redbox and its fun. But no Rama (the bow and arrow character) her hit box is almost aimbot. I would purposely miss and still land a headshot.
I'm glad it's mostly a Solo content game, they definitely should add more Online or Coop stuff, but the game is already fine as it is ^_^ My advice: wait until the price goes low enough. Or they may even give it for free with PS+
Are you playing on easy? because you're almost standing still out in the open constantly getting shot by the enemy with minimal health loss. It makes the game look really bad and not fun to play.
I will get it when it's on sale I prefer being able too, customise my character like in the 2nd onwards. I like too play those sorts of games in coop and you can play in single player, it won't be released here in the U.K. until Friday I was looking forward too getting it but the more I've seen gameplay wise I don't like it as much as when I first saw it's reveal. I'd like them too remake Saints Row 2, I feel that was the best as I never got into Saints Row 1 played the rest they were good even if a bit over the top. All in all I don't think I'll like this compared too proper Saints Row games
Haven't played the game, but there are already things about it that I really like and things that I really don't like. One thing that I like That's a really great art direction The animations when you're running look really great as well Conversely That jump animation is just abysmal, Not dynamic in the slightest. What should be a leap looks like a simple idle jump with forward movement. And that fixed camera takes the game back. It should have more movement. And considering the nature of the game, a melee combo would have done wonders for the fun factor
Hey, this is actually the first video I've watched of you and it was perfect. Saw an add for the game and thought, holy shit! Is that gat!? I searched for the game thinking it was a new saints row, then I found your video. I will say that you hit on all the important points, very well I will add. But, I dont think i will pick up the game. Seems like they went backwards from gat out of hell. Ive played every saints row, and loved them. Gat out of hell i feel they went a little too far but ended up loving it due to characters and storyline. I am with you on single player campaigns! If this game had a good story id give it a shot but based on your footage it does seem like it was meant for online play. Also, same with gat out of hell, the superpowers totally eliminated my need or enjoyment to drive a car when i can just super jump and do crazy shit everywhere. Hahah, overall i enjoyed your video and i def look forward to watching more! Bravo!
I'm enjoying AoM myself, but I certainly see why people might find it lackluster. I think this game is actually better than SR in almost every way possible(at least SR3 & 4), but it's still not quite enough because we live in 2017 and most gamers have played or at least heard of The Witcher 3... I mean even Assassin's Creed is changing! And that's Ubisoft we're talking about! Volition needs to catch up with this new standard for open world games or they'll get buried.
I have to say, I'm really enjoying it. Not in a "this is a GOTY candidate" kinda way, but more in a "mindless fun" kinda way. I feel if you're a fan of Saints Row that you will likely enjoy this.
I loved Saints Row 2, 3, and 4. Volition is an awesome developer with such a unique twist on their art style, gameplay, and humor. This game does have the look and feel of Saints Row 4 with the futuristic aspects and superpower-like character abilities. I was excited about this game, but have yet to purchase it. I wish they could have done a LOT more with this game, but staying true to their original methods of delivery. I feel like they may be trying to shy away from the sheer audacity and zaniness that the Saints Row series has evolved in to. Overall, game developers today really have to be sure that they are releasing a solid and complete title, not half of a game that has to be constantly piecemealed together with insistent updates and paid for DLC.
Got this free from a mate whos got the 'just bought full price' rose tinted classes on. Game's shit. Story is pointless and so are the bad guys which makes shooting just as worthless. There's no saints row charm, no customisation, no jokes, no multiplayer. Save your money, it'll be on Games with Gold or some other free to download day soon.
Been playing all weekend and honestly I'm impressed... playing on pro and I think it runs, plays and looks awesome! 60 fps helps and I love the characters... with all that said I'm a gamer that cares nothing about story; it's all about gameplay. To me, had way more fun with this over the Crackdowns.
It looks like a child version of saints row. Like saints row had adult things in it but this doesn't. This game is boring and saints row isn't. Instead of this game they could have remastered saints row 1 and 2 or saints row 5. Who else agrees
and still if they would add all the feedback into a agents of mayhem 2, i would buy it! This AOM I did play it untill it came to gamepass and felt bad because the story is really cool. It has a lot of really weird stuff going on, but idk. It is kind of worth it to play through it. All the characters are really cool too. I think your final verdict is a good answer. it is a cool game with a identity crisis
Wish they never strayed away from saints row 1 and 2 ... shit was legendary. Was it's own game with a perfect balance of story, action, and silliness. If they want the saints to come back ... I wish they would go back to their roots and fire the fucker that ruined this franchise.
Saints Row 1 and 2 were phenomenal games, but I feel like the switch from full-on street gang to celeb stupidity was for the best. It felt like they wanted to switch the game to a more fun GTA, rather than being GTA. Saints Row would get forgotten.
I just bought the game for R99 (South African rand), it's like 6.77USD. And I feel it was worth it. Haven't played it a lot yet but so far I like the crazy style of the game and the tempo.

I like gta and saints row
I can see how it's not for everyone, but I'm enjoying it. I've played through all the Saint's Row games.
@killzone player Halo 3
How is it compared to the saints Row games? Specifically the 4th game. I was thinking about getting this.
Just got it today and I love it. I'm moving away from multi player games to single player. I'm more of a play as much as I want without dealing with jerks who care too much about a game. A Lewd Lady DAMN I hated vogel...
I remember seeing the trailer and buying this day one. I personally hugely enjoyed it!
who need Agents of Mayhem when You got Saints row 2
Unofficaljosh you're right, sadly the dlc isn't available on pc and its badly ported, but it's still an AMAZING game!
Yes i know
Nice burn bro, do you get alot of friends by calling people retards for liking shit
I hate the wacky tonne but love dark story in Saints row 2
I liked sr2 but the driving makes me rage and controller controls are inverted on pc
A single/multi player campaign for Overwatch.
Man, that'd be awesome.
Hi, i'm from the future... your wish came true)
@@mistertrickster345 nope
This game will be forgotten
5ager all their games will be forgotten except Saints Row 1 and 2
Could not agree with you more, legendary games. This makes me smh
Hitman Goat Saints Row and Saints Row 2 are overrated. Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV are better in my opinion. I own Saints Row 2 and have all the DLC to that game and I don't even play it. lol
Vernon Hopkins you must not have played sr2.
Vernon Hopkins 4 sucked
How did I miss this.this looks so fun and exactly what i been looking for to play these days
In its own genre, this is an excellent game !
In the sens that it is amusing and play somewhat like we play when we are childs.
It is now often on sale, sometimes near 4.00 $ for the Total Mayhem bundle
which is the edition to get, that includes notably three more characters.
I would had prefer a remastered saints row 2 over this tbh
Just bought this on PSN for $3. Great mindless fun
For $3 might as well buy it
The entire gane with all of the dlc is on PSN for 5.99 and I’m considering lmao
I'm buying for my left over 4 bucks
I just copped one for 4.99 on the xbox store and honestly its pretty great for this price. A shame really I see potential in it
Found a copy at Walmart yesterday for $1.
This game is stupid fun and surprisingly deep. Im loving it so far, plus the voice actors are awesome.
When I first saw the game I thought it was free to play
Nick261 There are skins, and customisation of their abilities
Nafen How many skins we talkn?
Okay so I'm not super well versed on the gaming industry, I do play games but only casually and I only buy a couple a year because my career takes a priority (the only games that are coming out that I want to get are Assassin's Creed Origins and RDR2 when that's out) so could you explain how pre-ordering is bad? I've seen a lot of people say how much of a bad thing it is, what about pre-ordering is damaging the industry exactly?
Clever69 I don't get the problem with traditional pre-ordering either... it's the crowdfunded and early access games that seem toxic to me.
I just want to play saints row 2 remastered..
I was gonna comment that
Lordsceptile 123 true but someone could just make it playable on next gen aswell
Remake
The constant banter and jokes were luckily really to my taste. Coupled with the awesome animation, character customization on the stats I cared about, and a plethora of ways to try out the many agents in different situations, this definitely feels worth the buy.
I think a TV mini-series of AoM would work quite well
I had not heard of this game *at all* until today.
Very fun game and huge open world has great agents weapons and combat has cool spinoffs to the saints row series i recommend
Favorite 3 characters:
Hardtack - Tank
Fortune/ Braddock - Pure damage
Oni - Stealth and specialty.
More like Agents of Okayhem
Can't wait for SR5/Saints Row reboot tho
I think it would be kind of dope to see the yakuza dude from this as a character in Saints Row
For me it actually looks really fun. The characters are all really cool. I personally play more Single player than Multiplayer in games so that fact I don't mind.
This game is looking a lot better after seeing the new saints row
It's in between for me so I don't know
thesoulkeeper 15 same I miss the old saints row but this is weird and different idk
It is a good game, but not as good as SR3 or SR4 which were the best.
Been waiting on this and am loving it so far. Maybe like 8 hours into it.
Ok ik it’s been 4 years but would you recommend it, it’s on sale rn so I’m considering it
@@BIG_GEORGE86 hell no. This did not turn into the game I was hoping it was. Screwed up the system and never looked back. Can be an ok play if everything wasn't taken serious.
@@RageofaNation dang ok bro thanks for this
@@BIG_GEORGE86 For 2 dollars in sale? I'd def recommend it.
Johnny Gat and Kenzie are my most favorite agents In this game
Theres alot of Saint Row easter eggs that I have found, for example pay close attention to Hollywood and Kingpin =P
My main charters are Kingpin, Fortune, and (I'm probably wrong!) Rama?
In my opinion you should get the game if it on sale I believe it on psn store right now. It very fun and plenty of heroes different with each playstyle. Overall if you enjoy borderlands or Saint row series it worth the pick up !
Which ending in Gat out of Hell continues in Agents of Mayhem?
Red Wizard replying to see the answer
Red Wizard the one where Gat resets the earth
Reshape the Universe
Red Wizard Its the one where johnny resets the earth and all the saints become cops
Red Wizard the one where you don't want to be the new ruler of Hell
I just started playing it and I love it, I love the jokes and the little animated cut scenes. I laughed when Hollywood said he poked the bear and how everyone reacted, it is so far very good and I shall recommend the game to people. I also preordered it so I have Johnny Gat
I absolutely loved agents of mayhem I had so much fun with it and really enjoyed the humor :)
Enjoying it so far. A little disappointed the pro patch isn't a thing yet. I'm ready to see this game with HDR enabled
Am I the only one having fun with this game?
yeah, im really enjoying many parts while I am annoyed that there is no vehicle and character customisation (other than a few skins) this game is definitely worth the wait for me and has given hours of fun already and will continue giving
Jimmy Soesman No you're not. This game is definitely an acquired taste for some people. I can see what they mean with it being repetitive and what not but I'm still enjoying it
Jimmy Soesman na man, i'm playing it and I really like it
there is vehicle..
I really like it too, it's just different, but in a good way
This was your best review so far(that's a compliment)
Hey guys I can't find the nipple covers in game, is this really a Saint's Row game??
Before you buy has to be one of my favourite things about this channel, not a review but just a genuine idea of what the game is
one of the more positive reviews I've seen.
Man those graphics are BEAUTIFUL. Really did the art style justice.
I like the game. A welcome change of pace from Overwatch. Rented it and then purchased it from a Redbox for $20!! Right now my squad is: Kingpin.. Joule.. Daisy.. I look forward to updates which may add to the free roaming experience in "future" Korea.
Seems like it will be forgotten like Battleborn, hopefully crackdown 3 will be good.
Zachary Y Battleborn was a great game, it just was overshadowed on release by Overwatch. It never had a chance, sadly.
It’s better then I expected . Yes it’s mindless fun but sometimes I like these kinda games somewhere in between last of us and dark souls lol
I'd buy it. it can be and added feature to the traing room.
AOM...
Age
Of
Mythology
I fucking hate you, now I want to play that game...
My favorite strategy game.
I don't own the game or know a lot about it but man dos that guy with the Silenced pistol look badass and fun to play
Before you pirate

Arrrg mate!
Dank Hancock_ I have scurvy captain.

Got it and all it's DLC for $4.50 on PS Plus, so no complaints here. It runs better than Anthem and Cyberpunk so it's g.
Can you make a BYB for Ark for Xbox?
Shadow Claw yes
I love the Saints Row franchise, and was hoping for this game but, 60$, seems way too expensive, I'm going to wait for a sale to buy it!
$60? Feels like a 30 sell point to me
Daisy, Gat, and Fortune are my favs. I'm hoping we get some more missions as DLC. There lots left they can do with this game. Also the skins are amazing and love the little nods to Marvel and DC Comics.
Before you Buy Agent of Mayhem Forget about Agent of Mayhem
By reading people comments talking about like not gonna buy it or this game is not worth to buy or wat ever. I bought the game because it look great the story mode great and the side missions and etc. I don't mind what they didn't put like online or customization. But hey let volition make there game. ik it not the new saint row wat all we wait for but At least we got this amazing game.
Sunset Overdrive anyone?
It's lonely at the top.
I finally pulled the trigger and bought it. I loved it. People get hyper sensitive about these games. Not the greatest game ever but was fun and overall a net positive experience. The multiplayer comment is pretty spot on and definitely feels like it was suppose to be a group play environment.
1:40
HANZO HITBOX
ok, i'll leave
I bought it for $10 on Redbox and its fun. But no Rama (the bow and arrow character) her hit box is almost aimbot. I would purposely miss and still land a headshot.
xD so true
I'm glad it's mostly a Solo content game, they definitely should add more Online or Coop stuff, but the game is already fine as it is ^_^
My advice: wait until the price goes low enough.
All in all I don't think I'll like this compared too proper Saints Row games
i see no problem i love this gamei pre oder this voltation is good
Haven't played the game, but there are already things about it that I really like and things that I really don't like.
One thing that I like
That's a really great art direction
The animations when you're running look really great as well
Conversely
That jump animation is just abysmal, Not dynamic in the slightest. What should be a leap looks like a simple idle jump with forward movement.
And that fixed camera takes the game back. It should have more movement.
And considering the nature of the game, a melee combo would have done wonders for the fun factor
This sounds like soldier 76, mei, and sombra!
SWISHLIKEALEX !!! Every person with a rifle is soldier 76, every hacker is sombra and every Ice user is Mei...is that your logic??
Oooh I love Blizzard fanboys. "It is into a Blizzard game, Blizzard did it first and better than anybody else".
Bravo!
Did they just give up trying to compete with GTA? In my opinion, they were doing a good job!
Volition needs to catch up with this new standard for open world games or they'll get buried.
pINKprotege
Solid review. Waiting for fl1ppy's video, the man's a Saint's Row nut. I wonder if he'll feel the same as you.
Where is gat, mat , that annoying pink cat aka professor genki
Sunset Agents of Overdrive Mayhem.
I have to say, I'm really enjoying it. Not in a "this is a GOTY candidate" kinda way, but more in a "mindless fun" kinda way. I feel if you're a fan of Saints Row that you will likely enjoy this.
1:39
That auto aim though.
After playing IV and Gat Out Hell to completion, I feel more comfortable just waiting for a SRV if it were to happened.
Why don't u guys have a gaming channel
Ikr
Cause these guys like to do real content? like stuff where you need a certain amount of skill.

Ikr its my favorite thing in saints row games :/
JadFox696
Good thing that its far from a Saints Row game.
Who else agrees
where can I buy Saints Row 1? I can't find it anywhere. I have SR2, SR3, SR4 and this one
and still if they would add all the feedback into a agents of mayhem 2, i would buy it! This AOM I did play it untill it came to gamepass and felt bad because the story is really cool. It has a lot of really weird stuff going on, but idk. It is kind of worth it to play through it. All the characters are really cool too. I think your final verdict is a good answer. it is a cool game with a identity crisis
Downgraded saints row
It isn't out in Australia until the 18, but from what I've heard about it it's definitely worth it
looks so nice!
im glad i wasnt expecting anything from it, because i wasnt disappointed. "who doesnt wanna be johnny gat" my only reason to buy.
Wish they never strayed away from saints row 1 and 2 ... shit was legendary. Was it's own game with a perfect balance of story, action, and silliness.
If they want the saints to come back ... I wish they would go back to their roots and fire the fucker that ruined this franchise.
Discern ultima The og creator died yo.
That would be boring elitist.
The Coldest Villian - seriously??? Shit, may Johnny gat rest his soul.
Didn't know that though, thanks for the info.
The devs even stated years ago that they arent going to make saints row a serious gang game anymore. They want it to be random and different
