Started this workout four days ago. Wanting to put an update hoping it would be of help to someone out there. It's a very good workout not verry hard to do and very effective to the core. Day 1: done ✔️ Day 2: Don's ✔️ Day3: skip Day 4: done ✔️ Day 5 done ✔️ I feel the change slightly. Day 6: done ✔️ Day 7: 🔴 Day 8: 🔴 Day 9: done.✔️ Day10: skip Day 11: done ✔️ Day 12:done ✔️ Day 13: Done ✔️ Day 14: busy Day 15: busy Day 16: Done ✔️ Day 17: Done ✔️ Day 18: done ✔️ Day 19:akip Day 20: done ✔️ Day 21: skip Day 22: done ✔️ After 22 days of workout, Findings: This definitely works. It helped me gain small waist but didn't improve much on the butt part. Also i must mention, my hips dips and love handles looked worse which is why, I'm quitting this workout and starting 6 weeks shred challenge for love handles and muffle tops by chloe ting. Thank you for the great workout ❤ I enjoyed it very much. 🥰

I recently hurt my ankle, so this floor only workout is a godsend! I only had to skip the single leg bridges, other than that I was able to get through it. Great workout!

OMG the BURN, I am on the chubbier side and let me tell you this got me screaming and wriggling in pain(I haven't had a proper exercise for 2 years because of an injury and this got every booty muscle and abs cramping, but in good way though). Thank you Ivana
Does anyone else feel like ab exercises make their waist thicker not smaller? I don't know, I keep trying to work my core but somehow it seems that I actually feel better about the way it looks when I DON'T work it at all and instead focus all my effort into bulking up the butt.
I actually agree. I feel like most of the time it makes them thicker and I think most ab exercises don't slim your waist but rather thicken it, (especially if you train your obliques, that's a fact). But I still have to do more information on that before I confirm that.

This definitely works.
It helped me gain small waist but didn't improve much on the butt part. Also i must mention, my hips dips and love handles looked worse which is why, I'm quitting this workout and starting 6 weeks shred challenge for love handles and muffle tops by chloe ting.
