I like to choose the most effective exercises for my workouts and exclude the ones that might look good but they either engage your legs rather than booty or they just quite pointless 😀 the workout routines are however always completely different when it comes to the combination of exercises, the format of the workout, intensity etc. I understand though that workouts are also meant to be fun and same thing can get boring overtime so I like to include here and there some different exercises we don’t do all the time (without sacrificing the quality of the workout or the targeted muscles). So stay tuned for all workouts I post if you like different exercises sometimes. However I must say we have to sacrifice a little bit of the fun part sometimes and prioritise the results (I guess that’s what we are here for). Btw there are more options of exercises you can do with weights. Maybe check out my workouts with weights to change things up. I appreciate your feedback 🥰❤️
