Love Bob Segar . Saw him in concert twice, in the mid 80's and took my adult children to see him in 2014. Great show both times. My kids grew up listening to him.😁💥

@@poppiethestable1090 First recorded in '72, but it was the '75 Live Bullet album that launched it as the classic it is - So, this live version is about 45 years later - If anyone expects the same energy and punch now, that's pretty insane - This man sold out EVERY retirement tour date and was like third in tour earnings for the year - His first hit, Ramblin' Gamblin' man was released in 1969 when I was 7 years old - I'm now 61 and you think the guy should have the same energy and punch? Crazy. Very few withstand the test of time and can sell-out every date on their retirement tour like Bob did - Fans are fans, not critics......

At the time that Bob wrote this song he was a long haired rocker. I remember being in a biker bar having a beer with a friend when this big, burly biker stood up at the bar and yelled' "WE WANNA HEAR BOB SEGER"! In a minute someone put Segar on the juke box. Bob had a big hit with a song called. "Roll Me Away" about life on a Harley-Davidson traveling the country. My wife begged me to buy her a bike after she heard that song! THANKS BOB!

Being from Detroit, Bob Seger coming to town was always a party back then. He was young, we were young, and his concerts were so much fun. He could rock the house. Watched him come up I guess, he played at my husband's prom so Bob Seger is like going home. Love him and thank him for all the fun and memories!

Great song, and Bob still great at probably 72 years old in this video, however, you should listen to this song from the '70's when his voice was much stronger!
I love the audience singing along, but I know the song & can understand the lyrics even so. For someone who’s never heard it before it would be a struggle I’d think. As other’s have said, it’s worth listening to the studio version to hear the words.
