    This was a ton of useful info in a short vid. Thanks so much for making it vball specific, especially "using those wonderful eyes to see the setter, sight the ball, and explore the court" with a more neutral spine. Great vid as always coach...many thanks

    As a podiatrist myself i really do enjoy your analysis! keep up the good work. I know its not easy but you're doing amazing! Do you have a full gym routine for this or how to train at home/lockdown situation?

      We do! Our remote training has many program variations, including our Relentless stream which is entirely bodyweight & bands!

    My max vert jump was 286cm and now by doing core jump exercise and a lot of explosives my jump is now 296 im almost there to touch the rim .... Please tell me what im missing how much should i workout in a week

      do plyometrics 2-3x a week !

      and isometrics to strength tendons, knees, and basically your whole lower body trust me plyos and isometrics will increase your vert if u stay consistent!

      An longer penultimate is only as good as an athletes ability to manage it. A younger athlete like this is still developing the requisite stability required to support carrying speed through a longer stride. Penultimate doesn’t have to be exaggerated to be efficient, simply needs to be purposeful and active!

    Could touch 3m10 on basketball rim, but I never spiked. Any tips on timing, and arm swing, coach?
