    高筋面粉 bread flour 330g / 2,1/3cup
    细砂糖 sugar 30g / 1/8cup
    鹽 salt 5g / 1tsp
    奶粉 milk powder 10g / 1,1/2Tbsp
    鮮奶 fresh milk 200ml+-
    蛋黄 egg yolk 2
    即溶酵母 instant yeast 3g / 1tsp
    無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 25g / 2Tbsp
    长模 Pan size 28cm x 6cm x 20cm
    摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 15-17分钟
    Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes

      Relaxing to the point of total boredom, I know how to unwrap butter or grease a dish. The reipe is fine but the video needs severe cropping, far too long.

      How much time do you need to knead the dough? mine are around 16-20 min with standing mixer speed 3-4 but still stick to the hand, is that normal?

      You dont need a mixer, just two working hands ;). Its just more work doing it by hand.

    Made this recipe, came out awesome! Soft and delicious. Maintained soft for quite a few days. Used AP flour instead and reduced the amount of sugar and butter. Also had to put in a little more flour.

    非常簡單易做的麵包食譜,這是我做麵包以來,最最鬆軟好吃的版本,不需湯種,沒有特別食材,第一步我在麵包機完成,整型後感覺40分鐘發酵時間不夠,又加15分鐘(一般我都放在烤箱內用到60分鐘),溫度低了點---每個烤箱不同,這個得自行斟酌,天啊!第二天早上起來吃依然鬆軟,太感謝您了,親們,走過路過,千萬別錯過這個食譜👍👍👍

    Fiz e ficou top, misturei um pouquinho de farinha de aveia, pq a de trigo acabou, então alterou a textura depois de assado, mas ficou maravilhoso.

    Thank you, thank you, I did it step by step and it was perfect, I just had to put a little more flour on it because it was sooo sticky (maybe because I used all-purpose flour because it didn't have bread flour) but it was just as tasty.

      @@vanessamariano5310 Em pães se usa fermento específico para pães e roscas. Pode ser tanto o instantâneo quanto o biológico. Pelo que entendi se usou um sachê de 10g.

      It is easy to determine if the dough is ready to be processed. When the dough doesn't stick to the bowl then it is ready. The heavier a yeast dough is the longer it takes
