模具：8英吋蛋糕模 +450克吐司模具
1杯=200毫升水=120克麵粉
高筋麵粉660克 （5+1/2杯）
雞蛋2個 （每個蛋帶殼60克左右）
白糖60克 （4大勺）
牛奶360克 （1+1/4大勺）
酵母8克 （2小勺）
鹽5克 （1小勺）
無鹽黃油50克 （4大勺）
食用油40克 （3大勺）
夾層：
軟化無鹽黃油70克（5大勺+1小勺）
白糖（可選擇）
葡萄乾 50克✖️2
蔓越莓70克✖️2
提前預熱烤箱15分鐘，175°C （或350℉）
烘烤：

25～28分鐘
Recipe ：
Bread × 2
Mold size：8 inch cake mold + 450g cake mold
1 Cup=200ml water
1 tbsp=15 ml
1 tsp=5ml
Bread flour 660g (5+1/2cup)
Egg ✖️2 （60g with shell per egg）
Sugar 60g(4 tablespoons)
Milk 360g(1+4/5 cup)
Instant yeast 8g （2 tsp)
Salt 5g (1tsp)
Unsalted Butter 50g (4tbsp)

Preheat the oven for 15 minutes in advance, 175°C (or 350℉)
