Bread flour 高筋面粉 350g / 2,1/3cup
Caster sugar 细砂糖 30g / 1/8cup
Salt 盐 5g / 1tsp
Whole egg 全蛋 1(55g+- per egg)
Fresh milk 鮮奶 170ml+-
Instant yeast 即溶酵母 5g / 1/2Tbsp
Ghee 酥油 30g / 1/8cup
Ghee as needed 適量酥油
Oval shape mold 椭圆形模 22x6x10cm 2
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 17-20 minutes
