It’s not enough yeast 6 gr it’s not enough for the amount of flour to rise that much ,you need at least double . I bake for 40+ years so I can tell when they give you the right information or not.
Was your dough very sticky? I am at stage 2 and stuck cos of the sticky dough. I have oiled my hands umpteenth times and still sticky. I could end up with an oily bread later 😣 Ali makes it look so easy. This is a no knead recipe but I have kneaded it after the first rest until my arms are super tired. I hope it turns up well later. It's a very time consuming recipe 😅

Hello, thank you for your likes! This bread can be made with all purpose flour. At the same time, if your flour absorbs water relatively weakly, you can add 10-20 grams more flour. If your dough is in the same state as shown in my video, you can just follow the original recipe without adding more flour.
I bake a lot and so many with yeast and I’m very sceptic about your dry yeast amount for 500 gr of flour and to rice that much. Something it’s not right!

關於麵包的保存,我一般建議麵包烤好後徹底放涼,留出當天吃的。 把改天吃的密封後冷凍保存。 這樣麵包可以保存很多天。 需要吃的時候取出來,噴水復烤幾分鐘,麵包新鮮如初。
之所以這樣做,有兩個原因。
第一、冷凍零下的溫度可以最大程度上避免澱粉自然老化速度。 (注意不是冷藏)
第二、自家烤麵包,含糖量和含油量都比較低,更重要不加入麵包改良劑之類商業常用的添加劑,來保濕和防腐。無添加即的麵包無法做到商業的常溫保濕。

您好,如果忘记放盐,会影响面团筋度的形成,发酵速度也会比较快一些。
很抱歉刚刚我才看到,最近回国看望妈妈,网络非常不顺畅。
如果只是刚做好面团可以把盐用一点点水稀释,和面团再搅拌混合一下。
如果面团已经发酵就不用再加。
不放盐我还未试过,但我想面包亦能做成功的,只是面筋和发酵速度会影响。

如果您烤箱火力正常,可以放置在烤箱中下層。同時提請注意,烤箱烘烤麵包之前提前預熱烤箱15分鐘。再來烘烤,這樣烘烤效果比較好。🥰🌹💖
