The difference between LTI and non LTI is that you will have to pay for your insurance claim to start the process of getting your base equiped ship back, that is all it is. There will be better insurance policies though, so if you upgraded your ship you will still have to pay something. Otherwise if you dont have the UEC to pay for your claim you will have to go grind for it somehow before you can start a claim on the base ship, after your free policy ends you will have to pay for insurance. I am positive LTI really only matters on ships that always come with LTI above $750 as those ships will be expensive in every way to manage with ingame credits, especially for small orgs. "I quote the following statement - several DEVs and CR that there will always be a way to recover anything you bought with money as an early backer, even if it isnt LTI"
@Rotaryunderground I believe the OP was referring as to which lvl of warranty comes with LTI ships as that wasn't clarified on the panel if I recall correctly. Or if anything will have to be paid for said warranty, but as I mentioned, I'm it will be brought um in an ISC or a Q&A.
@@PetrosSanctus all LTI really means is , no out of pocket expenses for base item recovery at the base claim timer speed, all other insurance acts the same except they must be maintained, upgrades or modifications to items or anything not listed under your RSI account hanger will require purchasing additional insurance types. When your insurance expires you will still have options as long as it is cash purchase made through the pledge store even if the item was a gift , it can not be permanently lost. If your insurance expired you will have to pay the difference in order recover those items, by purchasing a new policy at the time of the claim, which will likely include additional cost for any lapse in coverage.

Oh my god, The Starlancer is my new #1 favorite ship!
I haven't finished the video but if drones are "figured out" would that mean the polaris is close to getting out
Dam looks like no sign of the Railen.
Yeah...that's why I melted my Railen and some other ships and got a ironclad. I liked the idea of a speedy alien cargo, but decided to go with massive hauler instead...
@@Johnson217 I an torn on melting my Railen as well and did look at the Ironclad but can not make my mind up. Good news is the Ironclad seems to be coming this year so might help me make my mind up.
@@davidlister7590 yeah. I loved the idea of the Railen, but interior cargo with the capability to store vehicles may be better? I was also unsure whether the railens special cargo containers will become and issue. I'm mostly using the Ironclad as a way to fuel my in-game purchases of larger ships through lucrative cargo.
Is buying withe LTI still viable? i mean its warrenty and insurance but we don't know what grade?
I reckon we'll see some Q&A about that in the upcoming ISCs
I am excited about the Polaris this year and hopefully Perseus "soon". :)
I stay with my old trusted Avenger Stalker.
Personally I really enjoyed this year citizencon. Everything was very exciting, even if we will have to wait for it for years.
Polaris looks great, can't wait for the perseus
at this point I feel more like a ship "collector" than user... I have a problem...
edit: just noticed the video of the CSV is inside the Starlancer vehicle ramp
Finally the The Perseus, I have been waiting for that and the Vulcan for so long, will bring me back for sure, don't think I saw Vulcan though :(
Don't see the side turrets on the polaris
Perseus is definitely the endgame ship I'm going to work towards
Soooo when is the Polaris coming out bc they didn't say anything about it....
before end of this yeat
Nov 22 that is why they showed it with IAE 2954 banners behind it.
IAE this year, which is in a month
Try having a working product on live before getting up on stage to try and get people to hand you money for new ships. I can’t imagine getting up on stage of a user conference if my product software is down and broken on production. Only CIG. Especially when that new ship is the reason the nerfed the Redeemer.
As much as I love this game I still struggle with finding something to do that I truly enjoy besides cargo runs.
Sad I didn’t see anything about the ARRASTRA
The little CSV looks so cute ❤
The ARGO CSV is so cute I love it.
Big turret of polaris looks damagefull
And just like that, I've added another MAX to my hangar 😅😂
So now I have the baby MAX and the MAX.
Doing the same 😂
Sorry if this is a dumb question but on the website it doesn't say concept next to the starlancer max, is it flyable right now?
@@Garflog643 still concept, will be out iae
@@Garflog643 It is fly ready, but will be released at the patch 3.24.3 for the celebration in game coming in the next few days.
I want to like the Freelancer Max but every time i had one my ROC would glitch through the cargo hold when loading it. Has that been fixed?
i REALLY want a Perseus lol. the Really big capital ships are cool but i like the smaller ones like Polaris and Perseus
I'm excited this looks next level!!
Super excited about base building.
600i rework when tho
Why will they rework an old ship, when they can sell you a knew one
I had purchased a Starlancer MAX, but just realized a MAX doesn't have the "Hangar", so I've asked for a full refund.
And here I'am... Still hoping for more news about The Orion.
Sadge
I tough we would have the new crusader starter ship :(
My guess is saving it for IAE, they usually have a starter ship for it.
The IAE teaser at 30:54 showed glimpses of Crusader Intrepid.
@@r80728 FR? Oh shit ty
@r80728 is it that flat ship they showed in the teaser
still wondering about the Galaxy and it's base building module,
space trucking about to get even realer.
