Breakfast se pehle lemon water with chia seeds 2 adha ghanta bad two boil eggs one without yolk with black coffee 3 dopeher koi b two fruits but limit me 4 sham ko black coffee or sath 4/5 nuts 5 dinner boil chicken piece with salad and 1/4th chapati 6 ispaghol with water
