@@iamuroosasiddiqui Bundles of tnx madam.Madam l am your daily viewer from kpk . dearest madam .l done my f.sc mean 2 ND year and my weight is 71 kg .Due to weight l face alot of problems like depression, toxicity of society.l ask that it's my third day l skip wheat roti and use other like basen.and skip rice,sugar,and junk foods.and in last l ask l do sprint walk after dinner so my mom say when you get busy in life and you leave sprint walk then your legs joints, muscle do pain so plz advise. The best lady l ever seen have you plz reply

Hey thanks !!! Thanks a lot ! Bhoook to mujhay bhi bht Lagti hai . Start with food portion on ur regular plate . Then after a while change the plate size to a smaller serving plate and do food portion . Jab bhoook lagay aisay ho Khayeen . Add veges . High fibre food . It will help .

Very Nice video Ma Sha Allah if I see you it looks like it’s very easy to loose weight but the matter of fact I been doing portion control for many years along with exercise (on and off) but it doesn’t work for me 😢I was 82 kgs since last five years and still is the same till today 😊but I do understand that it is a lifestyle not a diet which made me learn how to eat less and healthier. I feel so happy to see you that you have achieved your goal congrats 🎉🍾🎈🎊 😊❤

I lost about 40 kg with intermittent fasting then switch to alternate day fasting then got very sick left all not because of fasting because I am cancer patient ,gain back 10 kg now back on 16:8 from few days , let me tell everyone not only I lost fat I get rid of diabetes hyper tension my cancer reports still are better than others. When I am distracted n lost routine, my diabties is on borderline again, so I am back on track abhi on intermittent soon Inn shaa Allah will be back on alternate day fasting Inn shaa Allah.
