I have liver problem.my gastroenterologist told me to avoid red meat and friex food.but i researched alot n left so much things to reduce inflamation.n it actually help alot.i remember during covid when i cut vegetable with my right hand n it becomes swollen n hurt badly but now i do most of the chores easily.i second ur opinion every body is different.my body can't tolrate turmaric,peanuts etc.i m okay with meat but badly missing palak n sarson ka saag 😢 All the very best Uroosa for your journey.i also became a teenager after cutting inflamatory food 😂
