    සර් මගෙ fatty liver 70 ට වගේ තියෙනවා. මං ඉන්නෙ කොරියාවේ මෙහෙ සෝයා ඔයිල් තමයි කෑම හදන්න පාවිච්චියට ගන්නෙ. ගොඩක් දුරට කන්න පුලුවන් කෑමකට තියෙන්නෙ මස් තමයි මෙහෙ බත් එක්ක. දවසට බිත්තර දෙකයි චිකන් ග්රෑම් 200ක් වගේ බත් සමග රාත්‍රි ආහාර වේලට ගන්නවා අනිත් මස් වර්ග අඩුවෙන් තමයි ගන්නෙ. දැන් ව්‍යායාම කරන්න පටන් අරන් තියෙනවා සහ බත් ප්‍රමාණය අඩුවෙන් තමයි ගන්නෙ. එතකොට බර අඩුවෙනවා ටිකෙක් ටික. මං ගොඩක් මහත කෙනෙක් නෙමෙයි බඩ ටිකක් තියෙනවා . මට මේ සම්බන්ධව උපදෙසක් දෙන්න මේ බර පව්වාගන්න ගමන් මේක පාලනය කරගන්න බර 62kg උස 172cm❤🙏

      To my understanding, margarine is harmful in any form. Butter is better as it is natural. Margarine is made with hydrogenated vegetable/coconut oils.

    Hi hesh...මම දවසකට පැයක් exercise කරනවා irene mutwiri u tube channel එකේ විදිහට තමයි exercise කරන්නේ. මට තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නෙ තමයි විනාඩි 45 විතර හොදටම exercise කරන්න පුළුවන් එත් ඊට පස්සේ වි 45න් පස්සේ හරිම කම්මැලි කමක් දැනෙනවා ඈනුම් යනවා. එහෙම වෙන්නේ ඇයි. මම exercise කරන්න පටන් අරන් සති දෙකයි. පලවෙනි සතියේ මම exercise කරේ පැය බාගයයි.පැයක් exercise කරන්නේ සතියක ඉදන්. මගේ බර 3kg අඩු වෙලා.ඩයට් කරන ගමන් තමයි exercise කරන්නේ.

      Yes. It is a vegetable oil. But, it is free from substances contained in palm oil. 😅

    I am using sunflower oil for cooking and canola for deepnfrying. For salads i used to use raw olive oil. But i have minimised using oil for cooking and having deep fried food at home. (I use 2L sunflower oil for more than 2 months for the all 4family members) I dont re-use used oil back. I am 56y old and an active mother. I used to play netball 1 1/2 hrs, 2hrs badminton for a week and 3 days/wk go to the gym. But i have got early signs of fatty liver. My brothers have got silence cirrhosis though they are non-alcoholics. Can fatty liver be a genetic condition? As i have got osteoarthritis on my knees i cant accelerate my workouts anymore. Food is under control. Whats your best suggestion for me to eliminate fatty liver? You are blessed!

      Yes it can be genetic but it’s only 2% involvement most of causes your diet and life habits 98% remove seed oil vegetable oil from your diet soon I will do program for how to overcome it

      My mum had osteoarthritis on her knees as well. She still has it but not like before. I've got her Calcium +Vitamin d3+ Magnesium +K2
      I'm also getting Vit D3 Magnesium and K2 except Calcium because my calcium levels are good.
      Also she's taking hyaluronic acid capsules first thing in the morning. hyaluronic acid capsules are completely safe and do wonders for osteoarthritis when you use it continuously for 3 months or so
