    Different workouts when you are injured!! Like injured wrists or knees or ankles as examples. This way you can motivate someone to keep working out even if they have injuries. This is my suggestion, as I have bad wrists and I still manage to do some workouts. Thanks!

      Yes that'd be awesome! I had a concussion a year ago, and with certain exercises I get very dizzy, so I have to really search and try out many different ones that work for me :)

      I think many people would appreciate this! A while back, I had knee pain and couldn't do some of Cassey's workouts (like some of her booty workouts since kneeling down was painful).

      +Paulína Lauková I've also injured my shoulder recently and can't lift my arm all the way up. That's only temporary (I hope) so I don't need a video for that, but I think it's a good idea

      Hi! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly since I don't know how many years! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma challenged me to arm-wrestle but I could not even move her arm even with both my arms together. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    for example a snow white workout with exercises like cleaning the dwarfs
    house (attitude pulses), kissed by te prince (roll ups) etc. or a
    cinderella workout: glass slipper (one leg pulses), midnight (quick

    A vlog of your daily routine of how you stay healthy and what you do through out the day, or even (and this might sound weird) how to get rid of a double chin/working out your double chin.     Change the position of your arms when doing the baby tiger, your hands rotate inwards and you work your muscles in a different point, very strong. Thank you. You have change my life.

    Oh!! Re-do videos from years ago!! Sometimes when I'm doing them I feel like there should have been more instructions? Maybe videos the the number of reps we will be doing. Videos with weights. Arm and back challenges or with weights. More flexibility and stretching. Full body. :-)

    I have been watching your videos for about a year now and I have been on and off because of my back injury but I have gotten stronger even with my back injury. I am a lot stronger now then before my back injury. I am a nurse to be and you have no idea how much your videos has helped me throughout this past year. I do a lot of lifting at work and you have helped me become so much stronger. I also wanted to thank you for always reminding us that it is alright not to be where you are because you worked that hard for years to be where you are.     Cassey, please listen to me. A how-to massage legs, arms, abs, video would be great. Something that shows the viewer how to ease soreness after the next day of your workout. You could also do uncommon body part workoits, like how to strengthen neck muscles for a nicer tighter neck... Something for skinny wrists, or ankles. Do a video dedicated to stretches before and after workouts. My list goes on. I worked for tv production for years and I would love to work with you! Please let me know if these ideas are good.

    Looonger videos. I like the quick series, but a long arms, back, legs, etc. video would be great
    "Trouble zone" workout series that targets specific places that tend to be hard to tone up

    The first time I tried this video, Cass was doing modified push ups for people that didn’t know how to do a full push up. She was like “Step one, lay”. I couldn’t get back up lol. I practiced on my own and now I can do a full triceps push-up no knees required 😎. Thanks Cass ❤️

    Triceps are always the hardest thing for me to work out. All those tricep dips always hurt my wrists. But these workout are quick and fun and you definitely feel the burn! I can’t wait to master the tricep push-up

    A (hopefully) helpful tip I use when I work out is to count the reps as I do them to get the pain off my mind. If anyone does this, comment back saying if it worked for you or not xx.

      I do this all the time and I often find out that Cassey does different number of reps on one side than she does on the other :D For example when she does butt or leg exercises. :D

    Whether you know it or not, these videos are very motivating because of your cheery disposition. For the past few weeks I have been doing different workouts, or trying to do different workouts, buy this one lady Naomi Kong that also has a TH-cam channel. The problem is, Naomi kind of makes me feel like I am not doing good enough. Naomi says goals don’t care about people’s excuses. I am not trying to make excuses. I just don’t always know how to continue when I get super tired. I wish she would be a lot less serious and a lot more funny. I love how you told us not to referred to our arms as jello arms. I have never heard of that term before, but thanks for telling me not to say that. Thanks also for telling us that we are going to be fine. Those very simple and brilliant things make me actually want to work out and have fun with it.

    Hi Cassey, I'm still following your videos 3 years later, could you do some dancing/ballets/hip-hop inspired workouts, that could really help to have motivation (and work special parts of the arms), even if your smile and encouragement is really amazing enough and made you one of my favourite coaches online! I just think it could be fun to have dancing types workouts, but overall thank you for your positivity and personnality! :)

    So one day l challenged myself to do the worm all the way across the big soccer fields across from my house. My mom was with me too and she didn't think I could do it. But I did! I went from the top left corner of one field to the bottom right of the other... It was NOT EASY!! I made my mom walk with me and give me hugs after every fifty. I ended up doing the worm 129 times and I was sweaty sweaty sweaty afterwards but I felt accomplished and proud!!! So yeah that's jut a random story from a random POPster! Believe in yourself and stay positive!

      Yes! I always wash my hair after doing super sweaty cardio or else I'll breakout on my forehead, but I know washing my hair so much will dry out my scalp, she needs to do that!

    I want to see video explaining a weight loss process. For example, do I need to decrease my body fat percentage before I can do exercises like squats and lunges which build muscle? I want to lose weight and tone but idk what steps to take first. I just follow the calendar and hope for the best but I want to see results as that is what motivates me to keep going! Thank you in advance!

      Any exercise is good! :) You can build muscle by doing the exercises, but they might not have definition until you begin to lose weight. Make sure you do cardio and muscle toning exercises! :) and eat healthy.

      Who knows if you'll listen to me. But if I were in your position, I would change my diet first. I would eat clean and eat a whole food, plant based diet. I would lose weight and reach a healthy weight that way. Then, to tone my body and make it stronger and more sculpted and defined, I would exercise.
      The way I see it as that the most effective way to maintain a healthy weight is to eat right. And exercise is for toning and strengthening your body afterwards. If losing weight is the primary goal, start eating right. :)

    I really enjoy your quick workouts! I have been doing long weight lifting workouts off and on and while they have improved my strength and my body form - I have found it very difficult to be consistent because of the time factor. I am loving these quick workouts and the wonderful thing is I am excited to see results already especially my abs and my arms which I have always struggled with!!! thank you so much!!

      Hi Monica! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly since I don't know how many years! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma challenged me to arm-wrestle but I could not even move her arm even with both my arms together. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    I’ve done this workout about 10 times now in the past month, AND OH MY GOD. I ACTUALLY FEEL MUSCLE IN THE BACK OF MY ARMS?
    Here’s some info about me: I’m a 15 year old girl that works out 5x a week. I’m in good shape, however, I HATE arm day so I’ve always been skipping it. The result is that I can’t do a single pushup 😭 That really got me down, so I searched on the web for a short, equipment-free arm workout in order to build up enough strength to do a pushup.
    I still can’t do a pushup yet, but when I shake my arms in the mirror, 70% of the jiggle is gone. Please please PLEASE continue to do this workout. I was struggling in some of the easiest exercises in this vid, but I stayed loyal to it, and I found real progress. Don’t let your hot, toned, sexy future body die.

      update 2 months later: my body is a pear shape so my arms have always looked quite lanky compared to the rest of my body but just yesterday my cousin said my arms look buff. KEEP GOING EVERYONE!! YESSS

You did a video about protein a while back and I think doing a series on vitamins (what foods to find them in, how they're important, etc) would be amazing!

    The baby tiger is amazing for me. I have a clicking elbow that hurts when I do the half cobra pushups or oil riggers, etc but the baby tiger never bothers it and I can actually work on the triceps without pain.

    Maybe more vlog about fitness knowledge, like your Metabolic Damage vlog. Breakdown for do and donts proper technique to do your workouts since there are lots of kind of movement. Dance cardio. Warm up & cooling down. Also workout for like Legs workout for bad knees & stuffs. Love you Cassey!
