    I love these because.. well few years ago I could still do ton of push-ups and I was in good shape. I was so proud. But then some stuff happened and I stopped working out all together. I never got fat but I got really weak and I can't even do a proper push-up without struggle. So your videos are helping me get my muscle and body back that I once was so proud of. Thank you for that!

    At my heaviest I couldn't do this without taking breaks every 20-30 seconds. Now, 2 years later, I can do the whole thing TWICE without stopping once. Thanks for everything, Cassey. ❤

      Sophia Cohen even if you personally don't see results they are there trust me. other people notice them. I'm naturally skinny but I like working out to get definition a little bits and I thought I just looked like my skinny self until someone asked me if I've been working out bc I guess I lost weight (keep In mind I've always been naturally skinny) but I guess the working out toned & tighten my muscles & body more if that makes sense.

    Not sure if you'll see this comment, Cassey; but I just wanted to say thank you for creating these upper body workouts that don't require any footwork! During my 2-month toe fracture recovery, I did your Weightless Arm Workout and 6-Minute Quick Burn arm routines (plus ab workouts) DAILY, since I couldn't do any workouts that required putting pressure on my feet/toes. Totally saved my sanity, since I missed my full-body workouts. Now I'm 100% healed and back to daily full-body workouts, but still love these upper body ones - so glad you just posted this new video! So again, THANK YOU! :)

    I've done this once every night for one month already. My arms looking pretty good now and I've little guns now.

      Body weight exercises are so effective. Try search calisthenics, its sooo good. These types of exercises can sometimes be even better than weights alone! You build so much more

      lactic acid buildup...If you just hold your arms out for long enough...you will get the same effect. It isn't really building or toning muscles. I'ts just because your body cant hold your arms up forever.

    I joy-cried after this video after finishing the 7 day arm challenge calendar for May 2020. I've never been so proud of myself for completing such a strenuous daily workout routine and calendar (completed all days in May so far). Thank you Cassey for creating blogates!

    I just wanted to take a second and say thank you, this is one of the first videos since shoulder surgery that has truly helped me build my strength back without causing me severe pain! So thank you for taking the time to film these! I'm sure I'm not the only one using these for recovery!

      Out for sports (XC and Track) so I won’t hurt myself during those. Because running tears up your body. So I’m preparing by working out and running the whole summer. I do this everyday

    I am a competitive runner and I had suffered a back injury that has prevented me from running for almost a year now, and these arm workouts are perfect! I try to stay in shape but it's definitely much more difficult. these videos get my heart rate up!! I love it!

    I did some of these movements with a pair of 5 pounders and I needed to take a few rests inbetween, haha.

    shoulders are on FIRE!!! I would looove for you to come out with an arm video not focused on shoulders though, more on triceps and burning arm fat though!

      Cardio. Burpees are an excellent way to slim! and tone simutaneously.
      Of couse diet matters.
      Water intake is important for redcing inflamation which can come from a diet high in any kind of animal fats.
      Olive oil is beeter than butter.
      Coconut oil is nice. Unrefined becasue who wants to get rid of cocnut flavor?
      Calorie intake is only important if you are taking in the wrong types of food without having to work ! for it. Think like you have to live outside you go and go until your body signals that you cant climb that tree or beat down a bear unless you eat some berries and nuts… and a lot of them.
      Protein helps alot.
      Vegan protein powders are nice but dont blend wear so nuts are my almost favorite….
      peanut butter almonds blah blah

    I'm happy that we didn't have prayer pulses more than once today XD my arms have been hurting for days now and so they wouldn't have been able to tolerate them

      Actually the choice for today’s wo is not the best one... I don’t mind having 6 videos but they repeat themselves.. it’s like u r doing hiit with 7 exercises but 4 rounds 😂

    Cassey, you should totally do some workouts WITH weights. So many young girls are scared of getting 'bulky' when in reality, weight lifting makes you toned, strong & more muscle burns more cals. Win win. Flapping your arms in circles won't be nearly as effective as weight lifting - or heck, throw in a couple of cobra push-ups...this was way too easy.

      Cassey we live ur style n way of making us workout...keep it just the way it is..no push ..no weights...for those who like it with weight nothing prevents u from grapping one n doing the workout while holding it

      As someone who can't use weights (or do pushups) due to inflammatory arthritis, I'm rather thankful for the weightless workouts.

      I agree that a couple workout with weights would be nice. Regardless of what other commenters are saying in response to you, I don't think having 1 or 2 options would hurt anyone. I would still do both the videos with and without weights! Just nice to have a little variety

    I am just getting back into slowly working out as I recover and am in physical therapy and this has been my favorite thing. I remember being in high school and would do your calendar challenges and I can’t wait to get back into it. I love you!!! 💕

    This is my go-to arms workout. I love seeing my progress and how tough my shoulders haven gotten and how much bigger my biceps are. Arms are important to me because I'm a skinny thing.

    you did it cassey!!! you got me so excited to work out! the no weight arm toning series is one of my favourite! i was smiling the whole time! also i was wondering if you would do more laying down legs moves? i love the ones in your quick burns, i do them almost every day, id love to see more! also if you could do longer interval cardio videos? i love yours but for me its much more motivating to just click on one and never stop then watch one then have to change the videos? LOVE YOU, ive been doing your videos for 3months now and ive lost 15 pounds, im so thankful
