Blows my mind how people will open these collectible stores and not work a security gate into the business plan.
Even with a security gate up. They find a way. Locally TCs Rockets has been broken into multiple times. Doors are barricaded, windows as well, and now the last time they got robbed it was through the roof. Grimey people will still find a way. But surely a gate on windows/door would lower that probability

imagine getting caught because you came to the store 3 weeks prior in the same shoes hahahahaha
I cant believe of all people she's such a nice person also, an like she said they knew exactly what they were going for so it was definitely someone she had welcomed into her store. So now she doesn't know what customers she can trust and which ones she cant. If we all work together we will be able to find the POS who robbed her store by the products they are selling considering I'm assuming they took graded and singles if they hit her glass cases. If I see or hear anything on the US side seeing them posted on any local sales forums or discords ill 1000% let Danerion know, been enjoying her content for quite some time now on Instagram and saw how excited she was to be opening her shop.

Damn... terrible what happened to that store. She seems like a really cool chick and huge props to her for keeping such high spirits and her sense of humor through such a shitty experience. Hope they catch the douche.
The whole pay restitution is a joke. Never gets paid out in most cases
he has to serve his sentence first then he will owe the courts for the fine lawyer or public defender fees and on top of that court fee's and ect but pretty much he may have his driving rights revoked until everything is paid off and he also may serve probation after he finishes his jail sentence as extra restitution
Ottawa is more thugged out that most would think

@Rattlepokemon In the US he will have to serve 50% of his sentenced time (in the US Non-Violent crimes serve 50%/Violent crimes must serve 80%) and be let out on parole if he has someone who sponsors him and lets him stay with hem for the remainder. then sadly he will be probably put on probation and have to make monthly payments by what his income is. If he doesn't pay after 90 days he'll be put back into prison, but it can take the person he robbed the full 3 years to get there money back and alot of the time if he cant pay and keeps going back to prison they'll attach his check but if he refuses to get a job then it can become a slippery slope. Sadly if hes a true waste it can take the person who was robbed a long time to get there cash back.
thats a weird statement to say tho ain't it, they have definitely been here before. Usually random break-ins are more linear, wearing gloves, concealing your face and purposely hunching over while carrying a box the size of yourself seem's very unlikely to be sporatic theft. Why risk that much time filling up a box to worry about having to resell to even get paid
