So I feel like you might share a similar view, but all of this donation and charity, especially turning this time of the year I find to be quite an interesting series of events. In reality, it’s the end of Q4 and everyone has all kinds of money that they need to spend to avoid paying taxes or just money in the budget that needs to be spent before the end of the year so thus they just make all of these charity donations and then they write them off of their taxes. And my personal charity requires sacrifice if you did not sacrifice anything it was not charity

This probably isn't the most popular opinion. That said, I couldn't care less that someone ordering that many cases.. glad they got canceled. It's like unless an adult collector has children, which I'm sure most don't they just spend their life flipping boxes. If everyday you want to buy 2 cases or whatever of the newest set, all for it. Leave some room for children who most likely will never touch most sets. When I was a kid going to thre Pokemon League every Sat. At books a million. 90% of the time they had loose packs of whatever you wanted. These packs were from base set and through the next few. A kid wants top unpack a charizard themselves, like all kids did back in the day. Now shelves are being emptied off anything anyone would want because there's adults literally waiting at stores on certain days for them to be shelved. Adults that thirsty for playing cards is just sad. Like it'll definitely be in your obituary, this person loved pokemon cards... smh If that's all there is to say about you. Maybe take all that money and actually help people in need rather than buying... cardboard. I love pokemon too but I certainly don't spend 500 on them im one shot like its normal.

I've been streaming on whatnot in the UK since August last year, when they changed the rules last September to combat gambling. It's made it so much worse, to combat gambling, they essentially turned the whole thing into gambling, wheels and dips everywhere, and the rip till you hit is a joke, imagine spending so much money to just get one pack. Recently I've found myself reporting so many people for running things that were banned last year, constantly people breaking the TOS. When I first started, I had to do quite a few checks and it took me weeks to get accepted, now apply and instantly accepted with no checks. Whatnot do not give a shit about the community and who they let sell in there, it had so much potential and they've let it go to shit. I constantly talk shit about whatnot on stream and have even contacted them openly criticising them and talking shit about them to them, and their response addressed nothing I brought up. It used to be a fun app filled with creativity and original ideas, now it's copy and paste the same shit all over with over inflated values and terrible odds, and people are still stupid enough to buy into that shit. Yeah I do dips or spins, but all are priced fairly and even valued below actual market value and you've still got a chance to hit something big when getting a floor. Plus some of the most creative ideas and originality on the app and still people would prefer to buy into boring, overpriced and rigged streams.

i dont think the person actually went into a sams club and bought the resealed box. If an employee tries scanning the product it will say something like' non returnable' and then have some resolution steps that they can go through. Sam's Club does not accept returns of trading cards. Sam's Club's return policy does not cover trading cards. Other items that Sam's Club does not accept returns for include: gift cards, prepaid cards, tickets, custom-made items, and prescriptions. that's their policy

whelp, its singles and buying in person at the lgs for me now where I can see the boxes aren't tampered. I enjoy opening packs. If I pay more and just have to buy less product until the scammers go away, so be it I guess. I'm just about checked out of anything from even bothering with anything from surging spark even for singles. I think I might just go read a bunch of manga for a few months and then come back once its tax season and suddenly everyone panic sells once they realize they couldn't afford to be "investing". I sense a strange feeling in the air, it afar for now. But it approaches. I could be wrong now....but I don't think so!

What was the case thief you mentioned doing? I never heard of that one, and that scares me a bit; as I have cases that I sometimes dont ALWAYS keep locked and we ended up an expensive pokemon card down at the last show we did.

Why i won't collect or "invest" in sealed... even if I buy it from a store then sell 2 years later because I just need space or something someone can just say it's resealed after buyers remorse because they pulled badly or something and I'm stuck holding the bag. I think that happens more than actually getting resealed things. Except amazon. People always returning product they opened and re sealing it lol.

Bought some "sealed" blister boxes from Walmart where the packs were clearly tampered with. Went back to the store to try to explain it to them and hope for a refund in which they told me "we don't accept returns of Pokémon cards for this very reason." My aluminum foil hat theory is that an employee must've done it and frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case for these folks as well who bought the Sea & Sky bundle since I'm guessing Sam's Club has the same policy as Walmart. Moral of the story, can't trust anyone when it comes to this shit anymore.

Weezy is legit a good guy. He makes things right when things like this happen. I can say I won and bought from him and he is trusted and will easily talk to you regardless of criticism which shows genuine feedback. Edit: Noticed he responded too proving my thoughts.
