@@johnnywires943 I felt like that also Johnny, for years, wondering. If you read Andrew's book and also Shirlie's it will answer all those questions for you. His life was full of joy with his friends, and he absoloutely knew how much people, his fans cared for him. Have a read it will help you play his music again. I used to see the track adifferent corner as something i'd occasionaly listen to, but after they used it at the Brits i understood i had missed it's meaning completely. Funny how a song can change it's level in a single moment.

@@johnnywires943 If you like dance tracks, I played his upbeat music, for years because I refused to get melancholy anymore over such a great talent and his life's work. It was a complete double-edged sword, my favorite music had become twice as important but much harder to hear with the sadness it came with. There are 2 great dance compilations on TH-cam. I'm going on :) ...but I know what a climb it was to get past this so I'm cool putting it all here mate❤

The entire symphonic concert is on TH-cam. George was the only contemporary artist to have ever played at the Palais Garnier in Paris. He was invited as a special guest. All the proceeds went to charity. It was absolutely a stunning performance. To sing along side the symphonic orchestra in that beautiful breathtaking opera house was so incredible for him. He went on to do a European tour singing at the most prestigious opera houses in Europe. You have to look up the Symphonica tour on DVD D or TH-cam

BINGO! Fellows, Geoge's music is very relatable. That's the magic of George. That is what his intentions were. He felt that by not doing videos so people could relate in their own way which makes his music TIMELESS! George had this insight into things, and was right on point to always come out on top! This is what will connect him from your heart to his. George wrote & sang directly from his heart through all the ups & downs of his life. That's how you'll come to know what a special human being he was & still is. Stevie Wonder said after George's passing when asked & he said, GEORGE MICHEAL WAS A BLESSING FROM GOD TO THE WORLD! NEVER TRUER WORDS SAID. George was our ANGLE! 🕯😇💖

i love this one. George announced in the british magazine "Attitude" in 2004, that the song was about a short-lived love triangle. He was in love with a man while a girlfriend was in love with him. No one knew about the other's feelings. "She was in love with me because she couldn't have me, and i was in love with him because i couldn't have him"......."it's a very personal text, but it's about the absurdity of wanting what you can't have".

I dont mean to be biased but he is my favourite singer I have ever heard in my 53years I've lived , the first record I ever bought when I was 12, was wham rap, by the time freedom came out in 1984 I was a fanatic I even changed my hair from a dumb and dumber style basin bowl hair cut into dying streaks and George style as possible (. Iborn was the hairspray and hairdryer days😂), I had no idea just how much a beautiful body of songs he would leave behind , if only he had 20 more years left😢.

A song always starts with a melody in his head. Then bit by bit a specific instrument for each part of that melody comes about. This point the most important part is the of the instrumentation. As he explained in a rare interview of the inception and construction of a melody everything falls into place once the arrangement is complete. He wrote the most melodic sounds to which point take away the sultry and soulful vocals musically it stands on its own. Just absolutely stunning. @@SizzorFizzCaz Caz, my man! I am incredibly honored you are playing the song that immediately gained him immediate acceptance in the inner city. Folks think "careless whispers" is the song brilliant as it is and probably the song most people identify G-Love with, but "everything she wants" has that synth funk bass line, catchy hook, melodic rhythm, and lyrics about some chicken head trippin, hahahaha. Whilst putting everyone on notice with his stunning vocals. FYI, I was never a wham fan. I was a george michael fan. I was a die hard culture club fan. George wrote, arranged, produced, and sung the songs. Can't wait to watch it and brothas have a great and safe new year. My ass will be working through the new year. One love.

''Listen Without Prejudice'' was a amazing album. With a lot of gem like ''Freedom 90'', ''Waiting for that day'', this song, ''Soul Free'' or ''Mother's Pride''. My favorite George album and a incredible production, lyrically, musically, vocally and also in the arrangements. No fillers unlike ''Faith'' and ''Older'', who depist i like so well theses two albums, i wasn't like necessary all the songs (i wasn't so much fan of ''Hand to Mouth'' and ''Move on'' and i didn't like at all ''Doesn't Really Matter'').
My suggestion was ''Father Figure'' not just the sexual content, but also the meaning to how the song sound was born by accident (originally recording has a dance song until he removed the snare and reveal his spacey and strange feel of the song without it and transformed the song has a ballad in the final product) and was my favorite George song.

George was a master when it came to creating music. There’s a ton to choose from from every album. I think we will decide soon which track we will listen to next. Appreciate you watching. Stay tuned for more. Stay positive. Stay blessed. -ЯJK 🏴‍☠️

I bought this album (CD format) when it first came out in the early 90s. I think it was released in 1991 somewhere around there.

Yep, I have the Patience album as well. I think we are going to try to don1 or 2 cuts off of each of his albums-at least that’s the plan to start off, I’m sure I’m the end there may be more, but I don’t know if Caz is as familiar with his later work, so the more recent albums may get more spotlight for reactions. Stay tuned!

Personally, I think it's about his 2 boyfriends... the Brazilian who died and the Texan he dated. Cowboys and angles ✨️

I kissed my first girlfriend for the first time during this song, at the line "its the ones that resist that we most want to kiss". I shouldve known it was meant to end from the start...lol.
