But, to be able to put a song together in your head b4 it's even put to music. I might know tones & sounds but he the sweet Angel could hear the music from the God's. That's why God took him home. Now he's making his joy in Heaven. I envy him. He's at peace now. But, oh how the world suffers from not hearing his sweet voice. The man didn't know how important he was. Hauntingly beautiful... I had this cassette back in 1991 and literally wore out this song...I found it so profound. It tears your soul to know we'll never hear anything new from him. RIP George!
I have this cassette now! I bought it a year ago from a thrift shop. I spent maybe thirty minutes rummaging through their cassettes and was lucky enough to find this one. It’s cool that we have similar experiences with the same song but decades apart

I forgot their names but there are in fact two people who "write" the "songs" nowadays. They offer these songs to the "artists" who like them. Then the music industry pumps in some millions so everywhere you go you hear those songs. They literally (!) killed Grunge and after 2010 it was done with artistic freedom. Maybe the industry lost too much to P2P networks. But ehm... music is for everybody. You can still find good music but you have to search a little harder. There are enough independent labels. I hope this is an indication that we are living in changing times and that hypnotizing kidz with boom-boom-boom tunes and stupid video clips is the last silly attempt of a dying dirty industry. Music is not a mass product like canned food. And imo that has to change as well. But that's a different subject (connected though). Happy searching.

This is one of my favorite George Michael song, I loved this entire album. I thought that he had always planned on releasing Listen Without Prejudice Volume 2. Is that something I imagined or was that real once upon a time. I'm so sad at his death...53 years old - I'm 56. So young, so much left undone, so much more beautiful songs now gone, no more of his beautiful voice. I know he had his demons - who doesn't? It's just such a tragic loss.

Hello Dennis, yes, he was in the studio, in LA, working on volume 2. Then Anselmo died in March 1993 and in his grief, he hit the proverbial brick wall, and it never got completed. There were to have been collaborations with Janet Jackson and Sade, etc. There are videos of him at work on volume 2 in the studio ... search for Trojan project on TH-cam. There are also a few instrumental versions of songs that were intended for volume 2.
