I have now made several of Ralph's recipes out here in NC, and I can attest to their deliciousness and good stuff! Only thing I ain't seen Ralph make yet is fabulous NC style BBQ with vinegar, chili, tomato and spices ...but then he don't really cook with tomatoes. Love his stuff!
