This was an excellent workout. My wife and I both enjoy your workouts, we have started doing them daily. We especially enjoy the lack of the constant commentary which allows us to focus more on the workout. The countdown timer and preview screen really help. Thank you for producing these videos.
That was a fast and fabulous workout. I slid back into a bad habit and I had a high carb and sugar lunch and I am pre-diabetic. After the workout my blood sugar was 129. I had waited around 40 minutes after eatting to do the workout so that was an acceptable blood sugar. Thank you so much.

I saw it on Monday but after almost a month off between wedding and then 2 weeks of hospice care for my father-in-law and then overwhelming grief and fatigue I opted to start with a gentle walking one to get back on track! Did this one yesterday and wow what a great workout!!! I loved some of the different balance moves and just enough strengthening to feel the burn but not sore today👍🏻👍🏻🙌🏻. Good to be back on my morning routine with you Jules😊

A new one! Yea! It was a good, sweaty workout!…….with some balance challenges. Great job, Jules! We did the strength part with our one pound weights, since we weren’t sure what that pet would be like. We might try two pound ones the next time, but it was still great with the lighter ones.

Wow! Another terrific workout! For the balance exercises I focused on your movement with the free weights and was more successful but still have work to do on that. I love a challenge that benefits my health.
I love this workout. I have bursitis in my right hip and this video seems to help. I think that most of these exercises for the legs and glutes would help strengthen and help bursitis. Thanks Jules. I just finished this workout and loved it. Parts were a bit challenging, but I got through. A few things I had to modify for my knee. Earlier this morning I did the Full Body Ultimate Workout, I really like when you include intervals in these workouts. I also appreciate the little clips at 5 seconds to know what’s coming next. Both workouts 👍👍👍. Thank you again for everything you do!!!
