I have tried many other workouts before from very famous TH-cam fitness coaches. Although they were great, I never really enjoyed doing them and I never succeeded in losing weight. Since I started your workouts in November and with proper nutrition, I have lost 7 kgs which is amazing to me! Still have a lot more to lose but when I feel a bit down, I remember what you said: "If you feel like quiting, then remember why you started in the first place." Just wanted to say that much. One word MASTERPIECE❤ got up today and couldn't wait get back on it. As I sit doing this review the sweat is running down my head, back, you name it, its sweating lol wonderful full body. Absolutely loved legs and arms. Whole workout. It was hard but doable and the feeling at the end..my head was saying This is going be a great year to get stronger❤❤❤ you are my absolute go to / hero / queen of fitness for us older ladies. I celebrated one YEAR of working out with your videos! I think back to starting with your chair exercises and how far I’ve come and how much stronger i feel. Also 30 pounds down! I got off track over the holidays, especially strength training, so I wasn’t sure I could do this workout. Felt like I was going downhill. I couldn’t do ALL of the jogging intervals but I did most and the sweat is literally pouring off me and I feel like a million bucks! Thanks Jules!

This is a great workout! I'm feeling stronger all the time in doing squats. The jog every 30 seconds was challenging for these 63 yr old legs, but they hung in there! Thanks for pushing me and challenging me every day!
Done the 10,000 steps home work out , my thankful for it my calories have burn a lots which keep me.healthy . Its from 1: 05 pm to 2 : 20 pm . Thank you again . Tomorrow for anothet set.

Jules, I started this workout with a little bit of doubt in myself, but I finished it full of confidence! I really didn't have a problem with it at all! Yes, I got hot and sweaty, but I never felt like I wasn't going to make it all the way through. Thanks so much!
I’ve managed to do a bit had a break came back to it had to quit at 26 minutes in total I’m so unfit but I’m really hoping I can keep trying and get back some level of fitness this year thank you so much jules
Hi Margaret, there's no need to do the intermediate level workouts if you're finding them too hard. The gentle and beginner level workouts are great workouts and very beneficial as well. I like to create 3 different levels to try to cater to my viewers. As I wrote in my most recent blog post, it's best to choose workouts that are at the right level and ones that you feel good about finishing. Once you get back into a habit of using the gentle or beginner level workouts, you can move up to the intermediate when you're ready. There's no rush:)
What a great way to start my week. Finally was able to use my weights although have to reduce the weight I am lifting. The time flew in doing this. I really love the combination workouts. Thanks Jules.

What a great way to start 2024! Great variety, I nearly gave up with about ten minutes to go but dug in and got through. I can’t run as I have niggling plantar fasciitis so I do other fast exercises instead. Happy new year Jules, and thank you.

I really love your low impact workouts but I want to share something about this one that may help others. I have a bad back (post lumbar fusion with a less than ideal outcome) and bad knees. All of the running in place in this one was very hard on my body and I wouldn't qualify it as low impact. It really set off some nerve pain. I'm sure most people wouldn't find it difficult, but those with back problems, sciatica, etc. might want to skip this one. Thank you Jules for all you do. Your workouts are great and I'm glad I found them to help me stay in reasonable shape through the winter.
That's great feedback, Cynthia. Since I know there are lots of people who can't run, I always put words in the corner saying to cater the pace to a walk if jogging or running doesn't work for the person. You can still get in interval training workouts by just picking up the walking pace to a fast walk and still get great benefits that way. I hope that helps. Jogging or running definitely isn't necessary.

I’ve managed to do a bit had a break came back to it had to quit at 26 minutes in total I’m so unfit but I’m really hoping I can keep trying and get back some level of fitness this year thank you so much jules
Hi Margaret, there's no need to do the intermediate level workouts if you're finding them too hard. The gentle and beginner level workouts are great workouts and very beneficial as well. I like to create 3 different levels to try to cater to my viewers. As I wrote in my most recent blog post, it's best to choose workouts that are at the right level and ones that you feel good about finishing. Once you get back into a habit of using the gentle or beginner level workouts, you can move up to the intermediate when you're ready. There's no rush:)
What a great way to start my week. Finally was able to use my weights although have to reduce the weight I am lifting. The time flew in doing this. I really love the combination workouts. Thanks Jules.

What a great way to start 2024! Great variety, I nearly gave up with about ten minutes to go but dug in and got through. I can’t run as I have niggling plantar fasciitis so I do other fast exercises instead. Happy new year Jules, and thank you.
When I jog or run, I always hope people will go at their own pace or modify moves so I'm glad that you did.

I really love your low impact workouts but I want to share something about this one that may help others. I have a bad back (post lumbar fusion with a less than ideal outcome) and bad knees. All of the running in place in this one was very hard on my body and I wouldn't qualify it as low impact. It really set off some nerve pain. I'm sure most people wouldn't find it difficult, but those with back problems, sciatica, etc. might want to skip this one. Thank you Jules for all you do. Your workouts are great and I'm glad I found them to help me stay in reasonable shape through the winter.
That's great feedback, Cynthia. Since I know there are lots of people who can't run, I always put words in the corner saying to cater the pace to a walk if jogging or running doesn't work for the person. You can still get in interval training workouts by just picking up the walking pace to a fast walk and still get great benefits that way. I hope that helps. Jogging or running definitely isn't necessary.
