- This is how you can make the best and easiest pistachio baklava recipe
You will need:
12 oz. pistachio
1 1/2 tbsp rose water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 package fillo/ phyllo dough
226 g unsalted melted butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar syrup
Ingredients for the sugar syrup,
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of water
3 tbsp rose water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey/ optional
vanilla ice cream to serve
additional ground pistachio for garnish

No not salted just raw
Where do you get rose water
You can get it in any middle eastern store, also Whole Foods, Amazon. It’s pretty much everywhere nowadays 😊
What brand of pistachios do you use please ?
It’s not a certain brand, I got it from a middle eastern store. Try to buy good pistachios in bulk. I hope this helps 👍🏻
