I have tried this recipe of yours yesterday. I had a problem with the flattened sheets, they were tearing apart, after stacking them over each other even after putting cornflour between them. So I had to make a dough ball again. And then again when I rolled out the sheets. I put vegetable oil and cornflour in between them. That's how I got the thin sheets and I was able to separate it.
