    ingredients
    44 noodle leaves / 800 gr
    (22 lower part - filling - 22 upper part)
    200g butter
    half a glass of oil
    1 cup pistachios / 100gr and another half cup for decorating (150gr in total,)
    agda - overflow
    2.5 cup of water / 500ml
    2.5 cup of sugar / 400gr
    1 slice of lemon
    ➡️prepare agda or dressing
    ➡️sugar water lemon put in a skillet stir and bring to a boil
    After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for another 15-20 minutes
    Cool the agda
    Melt the butter and oil over low heat
    Remove the foam with a spoon so that it does not leave stains on the baked baklava
    Cut the dumplings into the shape of the pan you will use
    Coat the pan with butter and oil
    Put the first noodles and coat with butter and oil
    In the same way (noodle butter noodle butter) continue to line up until 22 noodles
    ➡️100 grams of finely chopped or ground pistachios spread on coated noodles
    Continue to arrange the noodles as before (noddle butter noddle butter)
    Cut the last (44 noodles) into 16 equal parts
    ➡️ Press the edges inwards with a knife
    ➡️ Sprinkle with remaining butter and oil
    Repeat the sliced ​​baklava with another knife to distribute the butter evenly
    ➡️ oven at 170 - 180c (upper and lower heater included) depending on the oven be careful not to burn
    Place on the last (lowest) grid in the oven
    Bake for about 30-40 minutes
    Occasionally check that it does not burn from below
    When you shake the pan, each piece should be separated and this means that the baklava is baked
    Remove the baklava from the oven and wait 1 minute
    Sprinkle with cold agave or topping
    Decorate as desired
    Leave to rest for 1 to 2 hours
    Do not keep baklava in the refrigerator
    If you decide to put it in the fridge, preheat it in the oven before use
    Heat the oven to 200c, turn it off and add the baklava (as many pieces as you will use)

      Ovo je turski sladoled' maraş dondurma ' a mozete staviti i bilo koji drugi sladoled od vanilije nekako bas bude osvjezenje u ljetnom periodu naravno ne ide sa baklavama koje imaju puno agde samo u ovoj je odlican 🌺

      @@MERAKSOFRA čim mi prođe post pokušaću da spremim, na videu ozgleda tooooop,ali kad god pokušam da napravim nešto ne ide...npr svuda piše da se kuva agda 15 tak min a meni ivek bude retka a vidim da je vaša gusta, pokušaću još jednom i ako neće odustaću, gibim strpljenje. U svakom slučaju vama hvala 🤗❤️

    Da li pistaći treba da budu neslani? Ja sam iz Crne Gore i jako ih je teško naći,jedino mogu naći slane iz prodavnice. Unaprijed hvala na odgovoru

      400gr secera i 500ml vode ili 2.5 case vode i 2.5 case secera ( casa od 200ml) 🌺

      To stvarno ne znam, mozda da pokusste u mjestima gdje prodaju tursku baklavu ? Mislim da im nije problem prodati i pola kile - kilu pistacija 😀

      Ja sam koristila turski maraş dondurma ili sladoled ( mozete gpogledati na yt videa kako izgleda) a ne znam stvarno koji je slican tom sladoledu da preporucim🌺
