Hi, for you sponsor/applicant letters, just try and make sure to include things to help back your answers and documents like where you'll be living, yours/his employment, how far you have come together, your plans for the future as a couple, etc. Of course just split what you want to say between both letters.

Great videos! What’s the difference between A2 & B1? Also, if the expire date is in April 2022 can you take the A2 in November 2021? And apply months before the expiry date? Thanks
A2 is the intermediate level and the minimum requirement for the extension application B1 is advanced and can be taken instead. The B1 can be used again when applying for ILR. The certificates are valid for 2 years so if you take the A2 in Nov 2021, it will still be valid in April 2022, there is no need to apply early for the visa. If you want to apply early, you can apply in February 2022 which will be 30 months but I always recommend applying within the 28 days of the BRP card expiring.
Hi, I have a video on all of the documents I uploaded: th-cam.com/video/HSwM6i3D2b4/w-d-xo.html. You will see in that video we used the sponsors finances (mine) to make the application so I put my employment letter and wage slips in the finances section and then my husband's (the applicant's) documents were just additional and not being used for the requirements hence why we put it under the "others section". It's not necessary but we just saw it as more evidence.

I also mentioned, that it is in a strange order as this is the order on the government website and I want to keep to that same order. Aww thank you!! Yes, I uploaded them in different sections as we were using mine towards the financial requirements but not his. So I put his into this section just to show he has a job and is working. I put mine under “finances” and “employment” I have videos on them coming up.

Also we are expecting a baby in April allahamduliah do you know what documents I may need to provide apart from baby birth certificate? My husband's visa runs out on 25th December 2021 xx
Ah no! That's a real shame Save everything!! So long as we need to prove things we should save it all because we never know when we might need it. You may have to make a few phone calls and see if some companies will write you a letter to say you/your husband has had an account with them since... I would provide hospital letters and stuff of the baby, you can use that towards your correspondence or maybe in life events, maybe pictures of you all as well, scan pictures but I don't think you have to. A birth certificate should be more than enough to prove the baby is yours.

Hi! Yes, I am my husband's sponsor. I know your will be applying for him but technically he is the applicant, he is the one making the application to come to/stay in the UK and you are just showing your income to support him. Hope that makes sense.
Hi ruksana one question about bank statement did u print it yourself or from bank? If u did it your own did u get them stamped or not please elaborate 🙏
Hi, I did try to order them into my local branch but they told me to print them at home and take them in to branch to be stamped so that's what I did (I am with nationwide. I know Lloyds also stamp statements too but HSBC don't. Can't speak for any other bank). If you can request for paper statements to be sent to your address that is the best method. It wasn't an option for me at nationwide.

The only joint we have is council tax and the rest for her are NHS,NI letter,scottish power and hospital letter and they all have the address. Will they he enough or? Please advice. Thanks 👍🏼
Hey! Yes that should be enough documents. The joint letter will count as 1 for her and will also count as 1 for you and then you’ll need another 5 for her and 5 for you. Sounds like she has 4 other letters. You can use a letter from the same country over 2 years so she can use a Scottish power letter from 2021 and another one from 2022 and that will count as a 5th letter. Hope this makes sense

Hi, it is a direct pdf/jpeg that you need to upload. It will have different sections (all sections have the same names as my videos) and then you will upload each document to each section. Hope that makes sense. You will need to do it on the UKVCAS website (link in the description box) and then follow the links for "upload documents"

Hi, it’s slightly different for the extension visa. You still want to say how you meet the financial requirements and where you will be living in the U.K. but instead of talking about your relationship, how you met etc you want to talk more about how the applicant has integrated in to British society, how living here has benefited your family (improved your situation). I split those points between both letters

I signed the sponsor and spouse ones and I also signed the third party one as we don’t have a third party and it says that if you don’t have a one the sponsor should sign so that’s what I did

For the employment I will submit my P60 most current which I will receive by April of this year as I’m applying in May but in regard to self-employment do I need to prepare my accounts for 20-21 or could I use my previous years 2019-2020 one as I usually have my accounts done later on the year?
Hey, were well thanks. Hope you guys are too! This is a really tricky one. Personally, on this occasion I would try and get my taxes done early just because they want to see the most recent 12 month period and I wouldn't want to risk anything but I am not 100% sure on how it works with self employed income tbh so it may be a better idea to speak to a solicitor on this one. If you can get away with it, why not? I can imagine it's very stressful to get sorted.
You just need to explain your situation. What you’ve done to ensure your relationship continues to work, how the application is being supported (ie how you meet the financial requirements, where you’re staying, plans for a future together etc etc

This is if you and your partner stayed with anyone over the last couple of years. Like parents. My husband and I stayed with my parents so I provided a letter from them confirming we stayed there.

Aww that’s great. Unfortunately, this doesn’t give any indication of how long it will take. Usually it takes 3 months in total for the first visa but it can be sooner or even take longer
My spouse visa application is 28 September This is my last bank statement and I can't get it 28 from the bank online Apart from this, what is the other way to get a statement from the bank?
Hiya, as you mentioned you provide driving license I have one but it’s in my maiden name and my parents address we have moved to our own house last year and my husbands driving license still on my parents address. Do you think this will make them confused or shall I not include them
Hmm, personally I would get the license changed in time to submit the application. Our licenses both have our new address on them even though technically, we haven't moved yet but it was something I sorted for the visa. If you can't get it changed in time I don't think it will matter too much, your passport should cover you for proof of immigration status and so should a birth certificate alone.
Ah no, really sorry to hear that you are still waiting for a decision! I know the pandemic has meant that some decisions are taking a little longer than others. Maybe that could be the reason. Please check your junk/spam folder in the email just in case it is there. If not, I would recommend you call them as it's been over 6 months. There is a link to their contact information in my description box. There is a charge per minute but it can be worth it. Hope you hear back from them soon 🙏!!
If you have a degree from an English speaking country then you can apply with a U.K. NARIC but I’m not sure what that is and how you get it so please look into it. Otherwise you will need to take the A2 Ielts as a minimum. We took the B1 because it means we won’t have to take another exam next time, we can use the same certificate

Hey hun, aww please don't stress about it. Firstly, I don't even think they will notice it tbh. Secondly, it is only really the first part of the post code that matters.
Hi, yes! English Language certificate is a requirement for the extension application. You will need at least the A2 as a minimum. My husband did the B1 as it is a higher level and felt confident. He can use the same certificate for the ILR application also which will save us time and money.
@@RuksanaAhmed Hi for my visa extension FLR M, do any documents needs to be attested e.g. Master's degree from Australia or I just upload degree certificate.
No documents need to be attested but if you are using a degree from an English speaking country instead of the ielts exam then you need to provide a U.K. NARIC. I’m not sure what it is or how you get it though

You wife and child are plenty of reasons for you to want to stay in the U.K. It’s hard to give ideas with these questions as everyone is different and I don’t want everyone to just give the same reasons as I did. You really need to think about all of the reasons you chose to come to the U.K. and how being here has benefited you life
Hello have just come across your useful video I have just filled in my application and they say they will email me back before 2 September to let me know if they can use my finger print of my last application if they can then they will send me an email to upload my documents and face what do you think
Hmm, that is something that I have never heard of before. They always redo the finger prints at the biometric appointment. i don't think we were given an email to upload the documents either. Just did it on the same website as booking the biometric appointment (UKVCAS)

The earliest you can apply is 28 days before the brp card expires and the latest is the day of expiry. We applied somewhere in between

This is if you and your partner stayed with anyone over the last couple of years. Like parents. My husband and I stayed with my parents so I provided a letter from them confirming we stayed there.

Aww that’s great. Unfortunately, this doesn’t give any indication of how long it will take. Usually it takes 3 months in total for the first visa but it can be sooner or even take longer

My spouse visa application is 28 September This is my last bank statement and I can't get it 28 from the bank online Apart from this, what is the other way to get a statement from the bank?

Hiya, as you mentioned you provide driving license I have one but it’s in my maiden name and my parents address we have moved to our own house last year and my husbands driving license still on my parents address. Do you think this will make them confused or shall I not include them
Hmm, personally I would get the license changed in time to submit the application. Our licenses both have our new address on them even though technically, we haven't moved yet but it was something I sorted for the visa. If you can't get it changed in time I don't think it will matter too much, your passport should cover you for proof of immigration status and so should a birth certificate alone.

Ah no, really sorry to hear that you are still waiting for a decision! I know the pandemic has meant that some decisions are taking a little longer than others. Maybe that could be the reason. Please check your junk/spam folder in the email just in case it is there. If not, I would recommend you call them as it's been over 6 months. There is a link to their contact information in my description box. There is a charge per minute but it can be worth it. Hope you hear back from them soon 🙏!!
Can I use UK_NARIC (ECCTIS) instead of B1 certificate?
If you have a degree from an English speaking country then you can apply with a U.K. NARIC but I’m not sure what that is and how you get it so please look into it. Otherwise you will need to take the A2 Ielts as a minimum. We took the B1 because it means we won’t have to take another exam next time, we can use the same certificate

I have submitted my spouse visa application and my biometric has been done as well. But tomorrow i noticed that in mt tb certificate, one digit of postal code from uk address is missing.i am so upset.worrying alot.will it effect my decision?is it a big issue?
Hey hun, aww please don't stress about it. Firstly, I don't even think they will notice it tbh. Secondly, it is only really the first part of the post code that matters.

Hi, yes! English Language certificate is a requirement for the extension application. You will need at least the A2 as a minimum. My husband did the B1 as it is a higher level and felt confident. He can use the same certificate for the ILR application also which will save us time and money.
@@RuksanaAhmed Hi for my visa extension FLR M, do any documents needs to be attested e.g. Master's degree from Australia or I just upload degree certificate.
No documents need to be attested but if you are using a degree from an English speaking country instead of the ielts exam then you need to provide a U.K. NARIC. I’m not sure what it is or how you get it though

You don’t put an address on the letter. Just put your name and address in the top right and then start with dear sir/madam or to whom it may concern

You wife and child are plenty of reasons for you to want to stay in the U.K. It’s hard to give ideas with these questions as everyone is different and I don’t want everyone to just give the same reasons as I did. You really need to think about all of the reasons you chose to come to the U.K. and how being here has benefited you life

Hello have just come across your useful video I have just filled in my application and they say they will email me back before 2 September to let me know if they can use my finger print of my last application if they can then they will send me an email to upload my documents and face what do you think
Hmm, that is something that I have never heard of before. They always redo the finger prints at the biometric appointment. i don't think we were given an email to upload the documents either. Just did it on the same website as booking the biometric appointment (UKVCAS)

When uploading does it have a limit on how big the file can be?
Yes there is a limit on how large the files are (I think 6mg each file is max), however there is no limit on how many files you can upload
