WHY does the home office not take into consideration properties fully paid and owned as savings.? A copy of the title deeds of property worth over £250,000 sent with the application were completely disregarded as assets or savings. any person with some common financial sense would not keep a large amount in the bank, instead would invest it in property and earn income from rent. If needed at any time property can be sold to use the money for anything including supporting the spouse. why don't you address this issue??????????????????????????

I'm not sure if there are any limitations to this. Wishing everyone good luck. I had to go without lawyer in end as she seemed uninterested in working to this deadline can't really see her exact reasoning as being cohesive now that I've done it. Because I'm business though I had to wait until the 6th April to do my tax return. Will see if I succeed in getting my partner here or not 😊

So if I make 35k a year, I can use cash savings over 16k to satisify? Lets say I have 25k savings and earn 35k a year, I need 3k more.. 25k - 16k = 9000 9000 / 2.5 = 3600 Can I then add the 3600 to my 35k to hit the 38.6k requirement?

Can I hold my fixed deposit for first 5 months then transfer it the cash saving in sixth months so that to make up continous six months cash saving category D requirment? Assuming the amount of cash meets the miniumu requirement.
So we already have our flights for August 10th 2024, we applied 1 week before my 12 month mark, I was also on unpaid maternity leave from August to November. I have 6 months pay check showing I am on pace to make the right amount needed for the year the first one will be short but still will make enough for the year. I’m currently pregnant now and due September. I’m able to submit all documents to support everything, letters etc do you think we will be okay and get approved?

Sorry for disturbing, i want to ask a question about my application. We applied 31 of january, BIO was 13 of february (standard out of country) and we are still waiting. Applied from Moldova, Russian citizenship. I know that a lot of people have got their visas already with the same BIO dates as mine. Is it okay to wait longer than the others? We also recieved a not straightforward application email the day after the BIO date (as all Russians receive).

You may need to wait until she's working for 6 months at least. I'm not an expert but that's what I learned from research

If you have nothing to hide then it's fine, they wouldn't mind your address with how many applications they look every day

Hi. How long did they say to wait for it? I also applied, from Russia and they said to wait for 3-6 months. :(
After three days you will complete three months so did you receive your visa or not?
