10:01 Im apply for mine soon, my question is if you have passports why you’re using letters for proof of living ? As it states that If you are a Non-EEA National, you need to include your passport to prove you have lived in the UK for the relevant 3- or 5-year period. Only need letters if your passport was not stamped when you entered the Uk.

Hello, Ruksana. Thank you very much for your helpful videos. I did extension visa with your videos. I still have time (about 11 month) to apply for ILR and citizenship. But there is an issue with referrer. As far as I know, one of the referees must be non-British. My husband's close friend is non-British, but he will be moving out of Britain in a few months. My question is: Is there a reference period? Can I get a reference from him now?

Because passport is enough proof they mentioned if its stamped and non eea national! And one more thing please in the marriage certificate paragraph its written you can send the spouse passport and scan every page of it which is in this case is you are the spouse, so did you send it or just marriage certificate enough?
