I have a unit that just finished in Atman's next development, Atman Village. Nice to see you featured Atman Residence here. We bought at pre-sale prices and we already have quite a bit of appreciation now that the unit is complete. Loving the area and all that is happening here. Thanks for doing this video.
The Mexican government estimates the new airport and train are going to bring and additional 8-10 million people per year when they are completed. Keep in mind Cancun gets 18 million per year right now. They've got to have some where to sleep.

From a tourism and investment point of view, Tulum is the main destination. Akumal is a turtle day trip or for people who want to say they are in Tulum but can’t quite afford it.
@@TheWanderingInvestor would you consider Akumal for a long term residency as opposed to rental opportunity? I liked how quiet it was in comparison to Tulum
@@kevinjamesbond007 I didn’t dig into the numbers there, but yes it comes across as more of a lifestyle choice. Though to be fair, the area is growing. There’s definitely long term potential.

Great vid Ladislas, what made you be more interested in Turkey RE than in Tulum? Turkey still higher ROI?
Thank you. Completely different set of risks, target markets, liquidity, long term potential, etc
How is the internet speed and connection in Tulum these days? I used to go often in 2012 time frame and it was not ideal.
It depends on which buildings / if fiber optic has made it yet to a particular street.
Similarities to Bali!
Around how much would someone need to get started on investing in real estate in tulum?
150k
What is the internet connection in places like this generally?
Good question. Some have fiber optic, others don’t yet. An important question to ask before buying.
We have starlink in Tulum where there is no fiber optics works great!
i pay 799 pesos (40usd) per month IBEX its perfect.
How does Tulum compare to Akumal?

I am was surprised th cost per sqft
Many different price options in Tulum. But, yes, very decent prices can be found.
I find tulum to be super hyped
You might be right, however its all about supply and demand in my opinion.

1. Video coming on the topic this week.
2. Unrealistic if you want to manage yourself. Realistic if you have a good property manager.

Where did you invest ?

Can you recommend a real estate lawyer in Tulum area?
Send Luigi an email. He can.
The most famous Real Estate Law firms are Sekura Law and Mexlaw, there are other reputable ones as well.
Is the train completed yet?

Yes, there are strong restrictions. Most development is low density and very green.
Why is everyone using the term jungle when you could say its just a forest? 😆😆

As long as you mind your own business, don’t provoke, and don’t start a physical shop, you won’t have any issues.
