    I have a unit that just finished in Atman's next development, Atman Village. Nice to see you featured Atman Residence here. We bought at pre-sale prices and we already have quite a bit of appreciation now that the unit is complete. Loving the area and all that is happening here. Thanks for doing this video.

    The Mexican government estimates the new airport and train are going to bring and additional 8-10 million people per year when they are completed. Keep in mind Cancun gets 18 million per year right now. They've got to have some where to sleep.

    How does Tulum compare to Akumal?

    • @TheWanderingInvestor
      @TheWanderingInvestor  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      From a tourism and investment point of view, Tulum is the main destination. Akumal is a turtle day trip or for people who want to say they are in Tulum but can’t quite afford it.

    • @kevinjamesbond007
      @kevinjamesbond007 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheWanderingInvestor would you consider Akumal for a long term residency as opposed to rental opportunity? I liked how quiet it was in comparison to Tulum

      @@kevinjamesbond007 I didn’t dig into the numbers there, but yes it comes across as more of a lifestyle choice.
      Though to be fair, the area is growing. There’s definitely long term potential.

    Ladislas, it's becoming increasingly clear that the Caribbean countries are unable to withstand the EU and US pressure, thereby making their CBI options as a Plan B useless to anyone seeking to keep the EU and US at arm's length. The PM of St. Vincent sounds perfectly logical. On the other hand a real estate purchase option requiring hand's on involvement is unrealistic for retired age people. What do you think?

    • @TheWanderingInvestor
      @TheWanderingInvestor  ปีที่แล้ว

      1. Video coming on the topic this week.
      2. Unrealistic if you want to manage yourself. Realistic if you have a good property manager.

    • @dovygoodguy1296
      @dovygoodguy1296 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheWanderingInvestor That's true, but presumably many people would consider the arrangement a hassle. Especially older people, although perhaps it might not be worse than dealing with a financial manager on investments.

    IInvesting in Mexico Airbnb properties has been a lucrative venture for me. 🏡💰 It's like having your own mini-hotel empire that generates passive income month after month. By carefully selecting the right locations and providing top-notch hospitality, my Airbnb investments have consistently outperformed traditional real estate. 💼😊. I wasn't financially free until my 40s, and I'm still in my 40s. I've bought my second house, earn on a monthly basis through passive income, and achieved 3 out of 5 goals. Investing was the wise decision I made.
