Fresh air coming in yea 78 degrees is the low 😂 unless u wanna heat you’re house you will never open, you can’t see the ocean view at all and that shitty pool there and the balcony has no view only of other condo everyone knows a plunge pool is useless playa del Carmen is a joke let’s be real humid most of the year insane heat you need 24/7 year round the beach is nasty between late February to late July sargassum, no infrastructure hole on the street, trash everywhere, power outages and water outages frequently for no reason, 5th ave is all trash, deportivo all beat up not 1 out of 4 basketball hoops are in good shape. Police everywhere because of all of the crime, good luck going out past midnight and not getting stopped by corrupt police. Food quality is poor and almost the same price if not more in some places than USA. Walmart you will wait 20 minutes always in line. No uber, taxi is overpriced, ONE GOOD GYM THERE and it’s 60 a month and worse than la fitness the beach is overcrowded and very thin shoreline. Playa del Carmen is for poor people or people who can’t afford Cabo or Cancun
