- Join me for a 30 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT to target your arms, abs, chest and back. Today I'll be using two sets of dumbbells. One medium set (two 10 LB dumbbells) and one heavier set (two 15 LB dumbbells). If you only have one set of dumbbells at home, not to worry, just use what you have and you'll still get an amazing workout in. I'll also be using a BENCH for one of the exercises. You could also use a chair or coffee table instead. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. WARM UP and COOL DOWN are included. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I cannot agree more. A year ago I didn't work out at all. Now I work out at home with Mikala 3-4 times a week and always finish them with a smile.

Loving the variety and flow in your workouts! A few months ago, I started with 3-lb. weights and some of your 15-minute workouts. I've been gradually increasing exercise time and weight. This is my first 30-minute workout, and I'm up to mostly 5-lb. weights. I'm building slowly and getting stronger with better balance. I do modify for knees and to avoid loading the lower back as needed.

Omg...I absolutely loved this workout!!! Great variety of moves with the intensity of the different size weights and I loved that we used the bench and the floor!! By the last 1/3 of the class, my muscles were definitely fatigued in a good way!! Loved that it had a warm up and cool down!! 💪🔥🙌🙌💯!!!!!

This one was great! I am still starting out on my fitness journey. I never felt too discouraged and your adaptations for the floor exercises were perfect for when I was losing steam but didn't want to quit the move entirely!

I loved this workout...I like alternating an upper body workout with a lower body the following day. So this is just perfect. I also like the variety of length too because often I like to add on another shorter focused workout - depending on how much time and energy I have that day.

Successful completed! The hip dips were challenging on my right side. Tough to lift up and felt a weird pull in my left leg. The last move..I kept moving side to side while lifting light weights. When I tried to keep myse steady, I lost balance. Something to fix over time 😅😊. Great workout! Your arm workouts are amazing 🎉
