  • Join me for a 30 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT to target your arms, abs, chest and back. Today I'll be using two sets of dumbbells. One medium set (two 10 LB dumbbells) and one heavier set (two 15 LB dumbbells). If you only have one set of dumbbells at home, not to worry, just use what you have and you'll still get an amazing workout in. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. I really love it when you add the modifications, especially when you put them up in the corner of the video. I can feel myself getting stronger every day.     I find the 30 minute workouts to be perfect especially because we don't run through each exercise but do them with intent. I feel we get a great workout.

    I am 65 and lovin' your workouts. While there are times I'm unable to go at your pace, with your modifications or my own I get it done.     I'm 58 and used to be very active outdoors (climbing, hiking, horse riding, swimming in lakes) but then life got in the way. You made me fall in love with indoor activities - weights, cardio fitness workouts. Thank you, I feel so much better again. Looking forward to the winter challenge ♥️

    Thank you for making your workouts accessible. Others have videos doing the same moves as you but with 30 lb weights or more. I'm sure you can do that, but many people will see that and throw in the towel without even trying. Your routines are accessible and encouraging. I've trippled my weights since starting. Thank you!

    It would be absolutely fantastic if you could do some 30 minutes upper and lower body with resistance band since they are so much easier to take with on holidays

    Great workout. I take these to the gym and keep moving. Other people in the gym rest 2 minutes between sets. Not with this workout! Fast and efficient. My upper body felt the burn and there was some core work in there.

    This was good!! Added to my home workout rotation since I can’t get to the gym for every workout. I try to do lower body at the gym for the equipment and then do upper at home since I have a few dumbbells here. Thank you also for the warm up and cool down!
