Hi Sally! I am one of the busy mom’s. Only have little time for myself. Thats why i love 10-15 minutes workouts because its the only time i have. Sometimes i have to squeeze some 10 minutes for workout. I had hip injury so some movements trigger pain in my right hip. I carry my fat on my belly. I love standing abs. I have been doing your standing abs for 3 weeks or so to loosen the hip and to lose my belly fat. I also try to watch how much i eat. I am seeing some improvement in my mid section and my right hip is acting up less. I have lost 1 lbs so far. wish to lose another 10 lbs. i love your standing arms & abs. The movements are so fun to do. Thank you for your workout video.
